The location is good, close to Lake Towada, Towada Shrine, the Maiden Statue, and the Oirase entrance...However, the only thing that I feel is worth the price is dinner...I was disappointed in the size and layout of the room, cleaning, bedding, bath, amenities, shop, customer service, and breakfast. I got the impression that it was a special price that is common in tourist destinations.Unfortunately, I don't think I would want to stay there again or recommend it to anyone. If you want to feel the history, go to Towada Hotel, and if you want a resort feel, go to Hoshino Resorts.

The room is clean and relaxing. I think the baths are pretty good, but the food is not good, to be honest, it's comparable to a cheap inn.I took a bath immediately after checking in, but I had just changed my clothes after eating at the fireside in the thick smoke, and my whole body stunk. The sake didn't taste good either, so I finished it quickly.

I stayed here with my wife.I don't think there is any malice on the part of the staff, but they didn't respond well to the guests (due to lack of staff?), which made me feel very uncomfortable.I think robatayaki (actually grilled) dinner is fun for kids. However, I don't think adults who are particular about food will find it delicious. The staff will grill the abalone (extra charge?) and scallops. Wouldn't it be better if the company transferred that manpower to the reception desk, hall, etc.? I felt that they didn't hire a proper cook and forced the robatayaki style. I was very satisfied with my wife's trip to Oirase Gorge, which she was looking forward to, and Lake Towada, which I had requested, but hearing her apologize to me for booking such a hotel became an unforgettable memory.

It was a very special robatayaki dinner. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy the meal. My wife said it was to her liking and she would come again next time.

The inn is not very new or large, but the food was very delicious. I think the charcoal grilling had some effect, but the ingredients and seasoning were good and everything was delicious. The staff were generally friendly, but they responded well and I never felt left alone. I would like to come again.
