Even on a weekday, it cost about 15,000 yen per person.I felt like it didn't match the price.The meal was delicious.The sea bream rice is especially delicious!However, the large public bath is not very clean.The outdoor area of the large public bath seems to be well maintained.I'm a little disappointed because I didn't think so.The open-air bath in the basement was nice.

I came here in mid-September by taking a prefectural bus from Nagasaki Station (it was a nice and relaxing bus ride). There is a bus stop in front of the inn.It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the National Park Unzen Jigoku (hot spring eggs are also sold).Naturally, the quality of the hot spring water is simple sulfur spring, but it has a slightly less lukewarm feel.As for the food, there are fresh fish dishes (the head chef's hobby is fishing, so it seems like the results are good sometimes), many local dishes (hatoshi, kakuni), and the miso soup (a blend of miso from Shimabara) is delicious. . The waitress and young hostess carefully explained the dishes, which was great.Breakfast was also very delicious, with an organic vegetable salad made from Unzen seeds.Local production for local consumption was thoroughly implemented, and I thoroughly enjoyed the "taste of Unzen."There was a spot in the lobby that introduced Unzen (said to be popular with foreigners), and I learned a lot about it, including its history.The bed in the room is a little small, so if you are tall (about 180cm) you will have to put your feet out.It was raining on the way home, but they were kind enough to give me a ride to the stop (even though it was only a few hundred meters away). Both the large proprietress and the young proprietress waited in the lobby until the bus arrived and greeted each other, giving me a sense of their hospitality.

It was a very nice stay 😊👍The new open-air bath on the 2nd floor was nice and liberating, but the hot water directly from the source underground was even better♨️The room is spacious and beautiful✨The food was delicious both at night and in the morning.You can also walk to Unzen Jigoku, which you can see from your room window 🚶🏻

Unzen Onsen is something I've always wanted to visit! !I went there by car. First, we arrived in front of the inn and were guided to the parking lot. Leave your car keys at the front desk.Although it looks old, it has been beautifully renovated, and the lighting, even though it is a reproduction, is of good quality.At check-in, select your dinner time. Starts from 18:00-19:00.The first drink was also asked here.Dinner is in the old guest room.You can walk to Unzen Jigoku from the inn. Good location.There were two elevators, so I didn't have to wait long.He took my luggage to my room, but I was able to see the contents of the eco bag. The feeling there was a little uncomfortable.Baths are open from 15:00-24:00, and from 6:00 in the morning.We had breakfast at 8:00, but if you overslept and take a bath, we recommend 8:30.The bathroom is underground. It's one large bathtub with an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. Naturally flowing from the source. There was no sauna in the basement.New towels are available in the public bath.Unzen's cloudy water.When you choose this inn, you can enjoy four sources! I was drawn to it because it said that,You can only enjoy one of the four sources in the large public bath, and the bath on the first floor has a circulation system.The remaining two cannot be accessed unless you reserve a room with a hot spring or pay for a private bath.It's not a lie, but I felt like I was partially fooled.You will be given two keys.At the beginning of the dinner, there was a quick dinner.The rest is self.It's a private room, so the staff only comes when you order drinks etc.The content is okay.To be honest, the pork in Hoba miso was too fatty and heavy on my stomach, and the timing of the final bowl was a bit delicate, so I think it would have been better if it was a side dish.The bedding is futon, which is of very good quality.Check-out will also be postponed.Recommended for those who want to enjoy Unzen Onsen to the fullest in a not-too-expensive accommodation! !I also saw a few spots of Miyamakirisima.About ¥15,000 per night. Depends on the plan.

The first floor is a circulating hot spring. On the first basement floor, you can enjoy hot springs flowing directly from the source. The hot spring is a hot spring with a strong scent of sulfur (^^)

Perhaps because it was recently remodeled, the lobby and rooms were very modern and clean. The lobby feels a bit like a Nordic interior. The kaiseki breakfast was okay and the dinner was quite satisfactory. The seafood and Nagasaki beef were very well prepared, and every single thing tasted good. Since we ate in a prepared room, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was professional. The hot spring water was so good that it made my skin feel dry. It doesn’t feel dry even if you don’t apply lotion!! The open-air bath in the large public bath did not have an open view, but it was great for enjoying the hot springs. However, I paid 2,200 yen for an hour in the family bath. I was disappointed because the indoor bath was so narrow and stuffy. Is it surprising that there is a separate fee? The large public bath is much nicer. The most inconvenient thing is that there is no parking lot attached to the building... Parking and carrying luggage are all up to the guests. I think the ryokan service was worth the price. One hour is enough to see the hell hot springs, and the shopping area is so sparse... I don't recommend staying two nights in Unzen!

I'm staying here again and again. I really like the staff because they welcome me warmly.The Japanese-style rooms, Japanese-Western rooms, and rooms with open-air baths were all unique and very nice. It's nice to have flowers in your room, it gives you peace of mind.Dinner and breakfast have a lot of variety so you won't get bored, and there are many drink menus, which is great for someone like me who loves alcohol! The sake is original to the inn, so we recommend it.You can get coffee at the end of breakfast, and it was helpful to have decaffeinated coffee available. I can drink alcohol, but I'm sensitive to caffeine...Regarding the hot springs, there is a strong smell of sulfur. Even after I get home, the smell still lingers on my underwear and I often find myself wishing I could go back.The temperature of the source varies depending on the day, so sometimes it's just the right temperature and sometimes it's hot. If the hot spring in the public bath is too hot, please let the staff know and they will be able to adjust the temperature.I would like to go again (:3_ヽ)_

Had a very nice stay at the hotel. Enjoyed the traditional onzen experience and the meal is nice! The rooms with private bath allow users to lower the water temperature, making them very suitable for family with elderly and kids.
