This inn is a farm house that has been operated as a guesthouse.I think the service is cheap and sufficient even with meals included. I had dinner with other guests, so it may be close to a guesthouse. When I arrived on my bike in the rain, I was allowed to use the barn to dry my raincoats and park my bike in the garage. For dinner, I was satisfied with the Japanese cuisine, where I was able to eat local produce such as cherry salmon and Japanese red trout.Since there were a lot of people, we took them to a hot spring a little further down Oirase. The room is an old Japanese-style room with tatami mats, and you can charge your batteries without any problems. There doesn't seem to be any air conditioning, so you might want to be careful on hot days.(As someone who is sensitive to heat, I could barely sleep during the Obon season.)

This is a guest house. B&Bs offer a variety of unique features for a fun trip, but this is an inn where you can experience the countryside and a homely experience. My family doesn't have a home in the countryside and no grandparents, so I'm grateful that I was able to give my child such a good experience.I was very energized by the homely and kind hospitality of the host and his wife, and I felt very kind. The host was very skillful and we had the opportunity to try making soba noodles. We also received dinner and souvenirs. The kids seemed to have a lot of fun and would like to do it again. It's fun to talk to grandpa.and(*^_^*)It was a very good time.We were able to enjoy a variety of valuable dishes, with menus featuring products from around Lake Towada.I'm sorry for the low price.I like staying in guesthouses not only for the purpose of staying overnight, but also because I can get a lot of things from meeting people, knowledge, and experiences there.Really delicious side dishes and an encounter with a funny and kind husband and wife. It was a rewarding experience.Regarding the facilities, it is built like an old folk house.Of course there is no refrigerator, but they will keep it for you.I brought some alcohol and juice to drink just in case, but they asked if they didn't have any and said I could drink it, so I proudly drank it while I was eating (^_^;)It feels like staying in an old folk house in the countryside. There is no air conditioner, so it may be difficult for people who are sensitive to heat. There was a fan.In the morning, you can hear the sounds of birds and see the lake from the veranda. It was lovely.I thought the seasoning of the food was a little salty. If you have dietary restrictions, it may be a good idea to ask for a lighter flavor.Although the building facilities were not good, I would like to give it 4 stars for the food, the soba making experience, and the fun personality. It may not be recommended for people who don't like being too friendly (^_^;)

This inn is run by a married couple who worked as farmers. The rooms in a normal private house are rented out to guests, so the only things in the room are a TV and a yukata. The room was small with four tatami mats, but it was cold so the heating worked well and was sufficient. It had a nostalgic feeling, like staying at my grandmother's house in the countryside. The rice has a good balance of wild vegetables and river fish.
