The location overlooks Unzen Jigoku. It can be seen clearly from the hot spring bath attached to the room. November is especially beautiful with the autumn leaves. The room has a large terrace, so you can sit comfortably outside. Guests can enjoy drinks, including alcohol, free of charge in 2 lounges. Meals can be enjoyed slowly in the main dining room. There is an outbuilding on the first floor. The rooms are large and have large terraces and two hot spring baths, but there is no view of Unzen Jigoku. The dining area is a private dining room. Recommended for those who value privacy or staying with family. The staff are always courteous. It might be a bit unpleasant for people who don't like the smell of sulfur.

The hot spring bath in the guest room was very nice. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay.It is best to let us know in advance of any food allergies or inedible foods. You won't be asked. Also, I don't think the items were suitable for children to eat, so I think they are for adults. Delicious food is delicious, but if you don't like certain things, please be careful. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it's best to purchase in advance and check in.

The view from the room, the hot springs, the food, the customer service, especially since we had chosen to eat late, the window seats were full and we had tables inside, but once the meal had settled down and we had dessert, the seats by the window became available. It was so nice to see that the hell was lit up so we were very considerate.

This was my second visit, having stayed there about 30 years ago.The hotel had been renovated and there was no trace of the old days inside, but the staff's attentiveness and heartfelt customer service had not changed at all. This time. I stayed in a premium twin Japanese-Western room on the 5th floor on the top floor. The design and interior of the room were modern. After the bath, I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace while looking out at Unzen Jigoku. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.I will visit again sometime
