It's close to the station, the four-person room is quite spacious, the soundproofing is OK, and the equipment is complete.The disadvantage is that the bed is too soft and not easy to sleep on.If you book a room through booking, an accommodation tax of ¥200/person will be charged on site.

It's not a hotel, it's an apartment remodel.The room is spacious and I really liked itThe cleaning wasn't good enough. There were hair ties on the floor.The location is less than a 10-minute walk from Hikata Station.It's boring because there's really nothing around. There's a convenience store in the back and you can hear the subway passing by.If you want a spacious room at an affordable price, use it.

The guy at the front desk was not only good-looking, but also kind and pleasant.There's a cafe on the first floor, so I didn't use it, but the cocktails delivered to my room were cheap and delicious.It looks like a renovated apartment, so the bathtub and toilet are separate, and it's more spacious and relaxing than a typical hotel.

Used by a family of five: two adults and three children ages 2 to 8. Anyway, the cost performance is good. It was about 10,000 yen for a triple, close to the station, separate bath toy. They kindly accommodated my late check-in. I was scared because the entrance looked like a jungle (lol).I want to use it again.

Great stay!Me and my friends loved it!The room was clean and tidy.Lots of space.We stayed for two nights.There was a microwave downstairs at the reception desk.The room had towels, bathrobes, soaps and shampoos, a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, slippers, a fridge, a TV and disposable sets such as a toothbrush.2 balconies.Good air conditioning.

It's like a renovated apartment, and it feels like you're staying in someone's home instead of a hotel. Apparently there are rooms where you can stay with pets, but I stayed in a room that didn't allow pets, and the smell was really bad. More like a mold than a pet? It's a filthy smell anyway. When I entered the room, I couldn't stop sneezing and had a runny nose, so if you have allergic rhinitis, you should definitely not stay here. The exterior looks completely different from the photo, and I think it takes about 15 minutes from the station.The good points are that there is a shampoo bar (only commercially available shampoo), the female staff was very helpful, and they let me leave my luggage in the room before check-in.I was quite shocked as it was a Saturday and Sunday and the price was quite high, but I think it's fine if you only want to sleep on a weekday when it's pretty cheap. We recommend taking a bath in a public bath.

The location is pretty accessible to most places. If you didn’t rent a car, the nearest train station is approximately 5 minutes walk.The rooms are relatively spacious. We had one on the 7th floor for 3 people. The downside is that the beds and pillows are not comfortable. Toilets and everything else are good. The service staff are also very friendly, even gave us recommendations on where to go to buy stuff.

It's a good value hotel and the staff is friendly.You can also use the line to leave your luggage before check-in.It is located about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, and there is a bus terminal to Yufu Street about 15 minutes away, so it is a good location for sightseeing.
