We stayed here for one night as we are hiking the Michinoku Coastal Trail. The staff were very kind when we checked in and throughout our stay. They had laundry machines for no charge which was a nice surprise. The room was pretty basic but it was clean and the view was beautiful. Dinner was good - we weren’t sure what to expect but the food was good and there were more people staying there than we thought. Breakfast was also good. It is a huge facility and it is off season so it was very quiet. It also was a pretty old building. But we liked it and would stay again.

Wonderful views, food and comfortable clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a shame the swimming pool wasn’t open when we were there.

Our group of Americans and Japanese had a banquet dinner at this hotel, so I cannot rate the rooms or other services, but the dinner was exceptional.  …

Stayed for a night en route from Miyako to Morioka. Not very convenient unless you have a car, and there are practically no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. …

Near the Shiokaze Michinoku Trail. Surrounded by forests and the sea and seagulls and people playing sports. I spent an enjoyable time here soaking in scenery and hot water, and sometimes the rain.I saw many an ojichan taking walks around the property as it surveying it for their future retirement homes. I say it's a good investment.

This was the first time for my family to use it.Although it is undeniably old, it feels like a traditional resort hotel, and the overall service, including the service, was very satisfactory. From the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk staff was very responsive and polite, including guiding me through the building to the elevator hall.I was left with a very positive impression. The food was delicious both at the restaurant and the breakfast restaurant (buffet). The facility is located right next to the interchange and has good access by car, so it's not a bad location, but there are no restaurants nearby, so I think it would have been nice to be able to get what we needed inside the facility. , I felt that the hours should have been longer for shops, restaurants, baths, etc. There is a club in the sky lounge on the top floor, but to be honest, it would be nice to have a club or karaoke space on another floor. I think it would be more effective if that space was made into a regular lounge or at least a cafe that could be open 24 hours a day, rather than just a space for club customers. The bath is an artificial hot spring called Komeiseki Onsen, but the size and amount of hot water were perfect, and it was great that the hot water overflowed instead of circulating inside the bathtub. Although the sauna is not the Loryu style that is popular these days, it felt like a private room and was comfortable to spend time in, and it was great that there was a cold bath right next to it. However, there is an entrance that allows you to go outside from the bathroom, but it is closed, and if you look through the window, you will see a nice garden if you take care of it, and traces of what was probably an open-air bath. Considering the sauna, where you want to relax in the outside air, it's a wasteful space to sleep in, but I think if you do a little maintenance and install some reclining chairs, you can transform it into a great space.Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay, and considering the service, location, and age of the facility, it was a good value for money, and I would like to use the facility again. Thank you for your wonderful time.
