The exterior of this hotel is a bit old, located at an altitude of over 500 meters, adjacent to Owani Onsen Ski Resort and Aomori Royal Golf Club. The view is outstanding. The twin room was spacious enough and had three semi-double beds. The room was new and clean, unlike the hotel exterior, but personally I was concerned about the smell. It is clearly stated in the bathroom that the hot springs are heated, water added, chlorinated, and circulated, rather than flowing directly from the source.I don't know much about the service since I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but my impression is that it was okay. The road to the hotel has a steep slope and a sharp curve, so I am worried about whether it will be possible to drive there during the snowy season.

The second stop after arriving in Aomori.Although the hotel's appearance and yukata are a bit old, the interior has been renovated and the facilities are complete. The space of the twin room is larger than expected, and it also has a living room, TV, dressing table, sofa, etc. However, I didn't have time to use it because I was too tired, but it is very spacious for luggage. The bathroom, sink and toilet are in the same space, which is a bit inconvenient, but overall it's spacious and clean. The bathhouse has six pools, including an open-air bath. Although it is not new, this is my first time in Japan. It is snowing outside and I think it is very cool. In addition, the men's and women's baths will be interchanged at night. There is a self-service dining area next to the counter that provides a variety of coffee and tea for travelers to choose from. The service staff are very friendly, but they don't speak much English, but they have a solution for everything, so it's not a problem. The fresh seafood provided for dinner included scallops, mulled wine shrimp, fried shrimp and pot-boiled shrimp with your own ingredients. It was so delicious that I ate many bowls without realizing it.The hotel is located in a higher position with a good view. We took the minibus provided by the hotel because the tour bus did not come, but everything was arranged very well. It's a pity that we didn't have time to walk around. It is said that the scenery is not bad.

It's an old place, but it's well maintained and the staff are very friendly. It's quiet and there are a lot of elderly people.Everything is good, but the taste of the wine is a bit disappointing.

My family of 4 (including elementary school students) stayed on the family plan.In addition to providing hand-held fireworks for children, the hotel also offers mystery-solving quests (difficult even when accompanied by an adult!) inside the hotel, so the children had fun inside the hotel after checking in.There were also goats within a few minutes walk from the entrance, and the child was addicted to feeding them. For adults, there was a vending machine in the lobby where you could sample the hotel's homemade wine, and we were able to sample a variety of wines. The dinner buffet was also rich in local Aomori cuisine, and we enjoyed local flavors such as grilled scallops, dried sardines, and apple tempura. Also, the buffet included unlimited alcohol, which also included the hotel's homemade red, white, and apple wine, making it a great value meal. The staff were courteous (especially the front man!), the public bath was spacious and clean, and the observation deck in front of the front desk had a great view of Mt. Iwaki, making it a more than affordable accommodation. It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again!
