Very noise and many Indian customer in which no hygiene.At night,Indian client will make noise early morning.Very bad during breakfast n too crowded and this Indian customer will spoiled the food which use bare hand .many my friends get food poisoning.Not recommend to stay with family

Recently stayed here for four days and it was good and bad. The viscinity of the hotel, the room and services were good. It was the behaviors of many guests/visitors that make our stay a bit unpleasant.

Stayed here for 5 days! Loved how they welcomed us, the check in process was so smooth thanks to Sunisa and Pp for assisting us, they explained everything very well. The room was spacious and the cleaning was on point. Rooftop swimming pool was lovely tho is closes so early but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed from 08/26/24 to 08/29/24.The hotel is close (you fall out of bed and arrive) to the busiest street in Phuket, Patong Beach. This can be good or bad, depending on what you are looking for on your trip.Old hotel, with bedding and towels with a certain unpleasant smell.The breakfast seems designed for people of Indian nationality.Service. The girls at the reception seem to have forgotten some of the great education and admirable values of Thailand.In short and as a whole, bad hotel.

Very good Hotel! Great rooms, spacious and with excellent service. Cleaned daily + bed linen and towels replaced. Very nice service, the best I have ever encountered! Have stayed at this hotel many times and definitely will be back, the reception staff are amazing especially Sunisa and Jutatip from front desk. Always smiling and very helpful, plus the housekeeper Juk same Always smiling and made my room spotless everyday.The position of the hotel is so close to everything, the pool is fantastic 👌🏼Thanks again will be back...

In my case, I rate the hotel very good, bed linen and towels are changed every day. The hotel service is very nice, the hotel restaurant is also well-stocked, but the breakfast can be monotonous for a long time. The bed in my room was quite large, the room was not very large but had good, adjustable air conditioning. Very good location, a few minutes to the beach.
