The accommodations are clean, the beds are soft, and it's a very quiet place. Cars cannot enter the alley. You have to walk in and get it. But for anyone who travels by public transportation, it's convenient. Near Khao San Road, Sanam Luang, Wat Phra Kaew. Whoever comes to do business in the Phra Nakhon area. Staying here is convenient.

RoomQuest Rim Praya Dinsor Road is a traditional three-storey wooden bungalow built during the Rama V period. Originally said to be the residence of senior government officials, it was renovated and developed into a bed and breakfast hotel a few years ago. Its milky white appearance made me fall in love with it at first sight when searching on the hotel reservation website.The living room and rooms on the first floor of RoomQuest Rim Praya Dinsor Road are decorated with a lot of classical furniture to give the old house a tasteful feel. But the only drawback is that some of the furniture in the room has been damaged due to neglect of maintenance.On the first day we arrived, we were a little surprised to find that the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned thoroughly enough! Moreover, when bathing for five consecutive days, the floor was prone to water accumulation.However, it is commendable that the bed and pillows are really good to sleep on.After walking out of the alley where the B&B is located, the surrounding living functions are pretty good!

The room was cozy and clean. However, we have had less good experiences with the service. We arrived in Bangkok late in the evening after a long flight. We announced our late arrival in advance and were given a phone number to call when we arrived. Unfortunately, no one picked up. After some time in front of the house we received an answer via the booking app and instead of calling each other or coming out we had to text back and forth several times until we could get into the room. Later, another woman came, but apparently she wasn't the person we wrote to, and asked for our information again, even though we had already provided it. Can happen.But then came our experience, which is why we would not recommend a stay here. We had the room at the top and found it very comfortable BUT it has an old wooden floor and the rooms below you can hear when you walk/move. It was the middle of the day and we just wanted to rest between two long and tiring flights. Another German came to us with a woman who didn't understand the problem and said it wasn't our fault but he heard our footsteps very loudly - which is not unusual in an older house.After we told him that we were moving around the room normally, not trampling or dancing or anything, just walking, and we didn't know what we could do about it, we received the very unfriendly message from the accommodation later that day that we should make “loud noise” and stop our noise. Afterwards you felt bad just being in the room and not only lying on the bed, but also going into the bathroom and might have caused “noise”. Luckily we only stayed two nights. After the news we didn't feel welcome and I think it's a shame to blame the well-known problems with the noise of the wooden floorboards on the guests.

Loved this tiny, cosy hotel! The rooms are small but that’s okay when you are only there to sleep. It’s very clean, has friendly staff and I loved the atmosphere. Location is perfect!

The place is conveniently located nearby major bangkok attractions. The room was clean and had good amenities. Try getting a room at the lower floors if you are carrying heavy luggage because the stair is a bit narrow.

Quiet area, well located hotel and nice exterior.The wifi works very well.But we couldn't get in easily on the first day because the access code provided was wrong. We must have rung in the middle of the night.The room we had (n°2) is a decent size and the bathroom is large. But we have no windows or ventilation (it stinks of humidity and mustiness due to the use of the bathroom).I didn't know that the economy booking included breathing air.The area for storing our belongings is restricted.Poorly soundproofed: the other residents walked heavily, we had the impression of sleeping next to elephants (unfortunately, I am not exaggerating about the sound of the footsteps).The little icing on the cake is the presence of cockroaches and worms every day. Even when we captured them and threw them out with the serving glasses, we still had some.It disgusted us to come and we rushed to leave as soon as we finished our last night.Too bad, because the bed was comfortable.

Unoccupied at night. I couldn't get inside and was left alone with my small child in a dark alley in the middle of the night. I hurriedly booked another hotel and managed to secure a bed.When I went to pick up my luggage the next morning, I of course requested to cancel my plan to stay overnight. However, there was no refund for that day or the next day. Not possible. The response is too harsh.

I had a great time here, I even extended my stay. The house was beautiful. The room had everything I needed, fridge, mirror, table, sockets, fridge, lamps, towels, slippers and a hair dryer.The staff really looked after me I was grateful. The only downside was it was hard to find. You just need to be good at reading maps because it is hidden off the main streets.I was in the downstairs bedroom and did have a few unwelcome visitors so if you don't creepy things don't get the double room downstairs, book the balcony rooms upstairs. An unforgettable experience. Thank you to everyone at Room Quest!

It is a beautiful place to stay. The style of the house + the atmosphere + the decoration is in a luxurious style. The staff welcomed and took good care of them, especially the manager, who was polite, hospitable, and friendly. As for the location, it is considered to be at a good level because you can walk along important places such as Wat Bowon, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho, Wat Suthat, City Pillar Shrine, and along the way you can easily find food that is delicious and available. Has a long-standing reputation. Overall, good and very good. There will definitely be a chance to stay again.
