A hotel at a reasonable price. We got an unclean room, smell of mold and the room is small. But the bed was comfortable and the location is good for those who want to be really close to the old city, Kohasan Boulevard and a short drive from the temples and the palace.According to what I understood, this is how the hotels in this area look, in retrospect I would close a hotel in another area because this area is not so suitable for a romantic vacation for a couple

A double room costs less than ฿1,000 a night. The room facilities and the considerate service staff are worthy of recognition!!!However, the sound insulation effect is not good. When I stayed on the first floor on the first night, I could hear other tenants talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. The sound of opening and closing the door in the room was very obvious, which had a certain impact on the quality of sleep....(。í _ ì。 ) or it is recommended to arrange it on a high floor, which will improve a lot....Although the hotel provides free tuk-tuk rides to the Grand Palace and Khao San Road, it is a bit far from the bus and MRT stations. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. Since there are always traffic jams in Bangkok and it is not easy to take a BOL taxi, it is recommended to choose it. It is better to be near a hotel on the MRT line. It will be easier to commute to and from various attractions!!!

A hotel on a very quiet street which allows you to reach all the most important places in a very short time. It also has a Tuk Tuk service that takes you to the great palace, for example. …

We stayed here for three nights and can recommend this hotel 100%. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the rooms are of a very high standard. The price-performance ratio is great. The hotel is located on a small side street, so the noise from the street is not audible. The hotel is conveniently located to Khao San Road and various other small streets with restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back.

We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days and I have the following review to share. Clean living room well, have 2 bottles of water every day. There are many affordable amenities around, laundry costs 50 baht/kg. Affordable food, 711,..But there are things we are not satisfied with1. The location of the hotel is only near wat arun temple (5km, grab/bolt/tuktuk 120-150bath), wat pho (3km), the grand palace (2.5km), chinatown (4km). Far from the center of Siam Icon (6.2km), Siam Paragon (6km, rush hour takes 1 hour to get here), Terminal 21 (12km), Chatuchak Market (16km), Jodd Dair market (9.2km), Tha Chang Bangkok Chao phraya cruise (6.5km). We will have to spend more money on grab/bolt/tuk tuk and our time. Choosing a good location helps us save more.2. We booked a standard double room, the hotel did not provide slippers to wear in the room. There were no toothbrushes and toothpaste. We had to buy our own.3. There is a lobby and tables and chairs to sit. When we brought food and sat down to eat, the receptionist did not allow it and told us to go back to the room to eat. I do not rate the receptionist of this hotel highly.4. When we arrived, the security guard (porter) helped us carry our luggage in, but when we checked out, no one helped us carry our luggage to the car.Unsatisfactory experience, you should consider when choosing!

Excellent value. Spotlessly clean, helpful reception, aircon.||Located 10 - 15 minute stroll south to Khao San Rd, you are in the old Bangkok neighbourhood, with friendly locals catering to tourists. Near the river, Grand Palace, and many wats.||Rooms on the upper 2 floors, and back from the street will be more quiet.

Excellent value for money and location for the old city. The budget rooms are not very good, the others are ok.
