The room is clean.The airflow of the dryer is strong and good.The bed doesn't have to be too hard either.You can certainly hear the sounds of cars outside.

I stayed here for one night for work.The room seems to have been renovated and is clean.The hair dryer was Saronia.The only thing that bothers me is that the elevator is narrow.

The rooms have been renovated and are clean.However, I don't know if it was just a corner room, but there was a lot of traffic and the road noise was unusually loud, making it difficult to sleep.I had to check several times to see if I had left the window open.Earplugs are required.

This is my first time coming to Sasebo.I decided to stay at this hotel because it said it was a beautiful remodeled hotel near Sasebo Station.The room was renovated and clean and the location was great...I was disappointed with the woman at the front desk in the morning...Both women were unpleasant, didn't greet me, and had blonde hair, which made me feel unclean...I think the front desk is the face of the hotel...It was a great trip, but I was disappointed as I felt depressed from the morning.

It's supposed to be small, but it doesn't feel small...I'm grateful that the bath is clean. I couldn't see the pipes from under the sink and it was comfortable.There are also two elevators available up to the 5th floor.

When making a reservation, I made a reservation based on the fact that there would be a free breakfast, and I checked in.I went there because I was told there was a vending machine on the third floor based on the information inside the building, but there was no vending machine. When I asked the staff about it, they said that it had been renovated and no business had been established yet. If that's the case, it would be nice if there was a notice posted in the museum's information board that said so. I went home without buying anything, thinking there was a vending machine, but in the end, there was no vending machine, so I went across the three-lane road to a convenience store to buy some.And then I suddenly thought, if it's being ``renovated'', wouldn't there be breakfast too? When I checked with the staff, I was told that the hotel will open on July 12th, so there will be no breakfast service until then. There are some things you should write about in advance on the website, such as posters, announcements, and no breakfast service, but there is free breakfast available! I was completely fooled when I wrote this in such a big way. Honestly a scam method.

I think it's convenient because it's close to the station.The air conditioning could not be adjusted and the heating could not be used at all.When I contacted the front desk, the response was, ``We're sorry, but it seems that somewhere else was used for something other than air conditioning, so we can't use heating on that floor...''I think it can't be helped due to the system, but there was no such announcement in advance, and they didn't lend me blankets or anything like that.As expected, it was mid-November, and it got cold in the mornings and evenings, so I wanted to take some precautions.Also, the mattress on the bed was much softer than I expected, so I couldn't sleep at all at night.Perhaps because of this, my lower back pain has worsened and I am so tired and sore the next morning that it is interfering with my daily life.We had breakfast at a restaurant attached to the building, but even when we said hello, the staff didn't even respond.Was it a measure against coronavirus? .I am very disappointed as this did not happen when I used it 3 months ago. .I think I will refrain from using it next time.

The room was old, but the service was quick.I also didn't like the breakfast staff. Can I have another piece of food while I'm already eating? Even though I was still drinking miso soup, I felt like I wanted to go home early.Despite what I said, I honestly thought the price was high.Since I was staying for several nights, I thought it would be a little cheaper.
