I stayed there on Friday, and I made a reservation over the phone the day before for a room without meals for 6,800 yen.I was only able to find two stores around here that had a unit bath in the room, but this one was 1200 yen cheaper. However, the drainage of the unit bath gets clogged, so when the water in the bathtub drains, the toilet turns into the ocean, and the garbage floats up, making it quite unpleasant. The only amenities available are toothbrushes, bath towels for 300 yen, and hair dryers. Many reviews said that the room smelled like animals, but the smell was not particularly bothersome.I'm more concerned about the number of insects. It's September and it's still hot, so the insects are healthy. You can go to Tsurigasaki Kaigan Square in 5 minutes on foot, which is a very good location if you want to surf. The sunrise and moon look really beautiful, so I definitely recommend you go see them.

Used at golf training camp. All rooms have ocean views and are non-smoking. The location is good as there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and the prices are reasonable. This time, I visited Katsuura Tokyu GC to confirm that it was 5 degrees cooler than Tokyo or Yokohama, but due to its popularity, I could not get a reservation and had to wait for a cancellation, so I made a provisional reservation for Ichinomiya CC, so I made a reservation for Grand View Ichinomiya. It's like they bought a resort condominium building and are operating it as a hotel, with the manager's office serving as the reception desk. There is a coin laundry next to it, with multiple Sanyo Electric and AQUA (formerly Sanyo) washing machines @300/h and dryers @200/h). Perfect for a golf training camp (many of the guests are surfers). WiFi is only available on the 1st floor. The room is equipped with a solid refrigerator and freezer, which allows you to freeze various cooling items for summer golf. The beds are shabby and the air conditioner is installed above the bed on one side, so if you want to sleep with the air conditioner on in the summer, you will need to cover yourself with a futon. The apartment building has an outside staircase, so when I came back from having dinner in the evening, I found insects like stink bugs clinging to the door, so I had to brush them off before entering the room.I used the hotel in August, and when I came back after eating, there were only two parking spaces available on the hotel grounds, but I'm not sure what they would do if they were full. This time, I made a reservation on the Skyticket website for the first time because the non-smoking room was clearly indicated and the Skyticket discount was 10%.However, I was told that the confirmation email did not indicate a non-smoking room. (Twin) does not have a skyticket discount, so there seems to be a problem with the system. We recommend using other reservation sites when staying overnight.

There are too many bugs, the pool is too cold, and the worst thing is that check-in is set at 10 o'clock 👎The manager is Filipino, so it's not a good idea to go there with only Japanese people.Well, I went with friends and family, so it was fun. Oh!

Stayed overnight with my dog for an event at Kujukuri Beach. There are all the facilities, so if you consider cost performance, it's enough. It's a bit disappointing that there is no Wi-Fi in the room and that the toilet and shower are the same.

The long one is really good. It's more of an apartment than a hotel. There are several managers and the response is...

It's a condo worth the price.I stayed on the 4th floor and could see the sea. It's nice to be able to use it easily, but I think it's difficult if you don't have a car. There were no convenience stores within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Tsurigasaki Beach, and if the weather is good, you can see the sunrise😊

I used it because I could stay with my dog.I was worried about how things would actually be because there was a discrepancy between the reviews from a while ago and the recent reviews, but I was able to spend a pleasant time!It feels like an old resort condominium, so the building and interior are old and there are some parts that are damaged, but it is well-cleaned and the plumbing is clean, so there are no problems. It was a room where I could stay with my dog, but there was no smell or dirt, and the dog seemed to be able to stay calmly.Amenities are minimal, but towels and nightwear can be rented at the front desk (for a fee).I didn't have anything for dogs so I brought my own.Wi-Fi appears to be available in the lobby.Although we were on the 4th floor, the view from the window was wonderful and the ocean view was pleasant. The floor plan of the old apartment was nostalgic and comfortable.I would like to use it again if I have a chance.
