Shijimi ramenA restaurant famous for shijimi ramenI saw it on TV and checked it out, so I came here.Located near the clam fishing port, the parking lot and store are spacious.I ordered the special shijimi ramen.The special one is big clams.The noodles and soup matched well.The fresh clams had a rich flavor, and the broth from the clams came out in the soup, which was delicious.Many famous people are also coming.

They also have a branch in Hirosaki, but you'll want to eat at the main branch.I recommend the special shijimi ramen, it's very delicious.However, there aren't many sightseeing spots around, so that's a bit disappointing.

This is a shop I found while touring.I was attracted by the words "Original Shijimi Ramen" and entered.Although it was a weekday, I entered the store at 12:30 and there were many empty seats, so I was able to sit down right away. (I'm a little worried)I ordered Shijimi Ramen (medium grain). The taste was light and salty, and I personally didn't think the clam stock was effective.Inside the store, there were many autographs of famous people.

It's a popular restaurant, and it was the day of the clam festival, so even at 1:30 p.m., the restaurant was large, but it was full and we had to wait a while. I had the special shijimi ramen. The shio ramen was delicious with the addition of shimi soup stock. The number of signatures is incredible❗

I stopped by on the drive to Ryuhisaki because I wanted to eat shijimi ramen. I love that it contains a lot of large clams. The sand from the freshwater clams has been properly removed, which is amazing. The salt ramen with freshwater clam soup wasn't too salty, and the freshwater clam extract is good for the liver, so I was able to drink all the soup and was satisfied.
