As others have written, the food was delicious and the cleaning was thorough. The ayu with roe that was served for dinner is cooked at the discretion of the cook from midday until dinner time. It was delicious down to the spine. The bath mat was clean every time I went to the hot springs, and I didn't have to worry about hair or water droplets. The room was spacious, and the sash was double-layered and made of resin.Personally, I thought it was very convenient that the mirror in the bathroom was large, so even if there were two girls visiting, we could do our makeup without having to wait in line.If I had to pick one thing, my hair didn't dry easily, probably because the shower was from a black hot spring bath, so it had a high moisturizing effect, and it was so moisturized that it was itchy the next morning, so I thought it would have been nice to have a regular wash. However, overall I felt very comfortable during my stay and had very good memories.

I booked a one-night, two-day plan for 20,000 yen, and when I actually entered the room, there was a popping sound due to water leaking from the window, and it looked like it was going to rain the next day, so I thought it must have been a lie. When I requested a cancellation, I was told that I would have to pay an inconvenience fee of 5,000 yen and that I would have to pay 15,000 yen, which I could not accept. The room was small and smelled like an old building, so I think 20,000 yen is a rip-off. Not recommended.

An old-fashioned, remote inn. Although it was the fall foliage season, there were not many people and it was quiet. Meals have many items. The taste is okay. The hot springs were great. I would like to come again for the hot springs as it is reasonably priced.

The incident occurred at Tenryuso, located in the Yoro Valley Hot Spring Village, which is representative of Chiba Prefecture in the center of the Boso Peninsula. The quality of the hot springs is black, similar to Tokachigawa Onsen in Hokkaido and Moor Onsen in Kamata, Tokyo, but I think it is very slippery. It seems that the source temperature is low in the first place, so it is heated. Although it doesn't live up to the point of flowing directly from the source, I think it's safe to say that it's very close to that. I was impressed by the wonderful dinner and breakfast at this inn.

Due to work commitments, I usually make a lot of last-minute reservations online for the holidays, but this time I managed to find a few accommodations, read reviews online, and booked this hotel. After a while, I received a phone call from the hotel saying, ``We received a reservation by mistake.''"It's a busy season and there are no other rooms available." that's why? what?"I'm sorry for canceling this reservation." I can't even find the words. You are charging a cancellation fee, is it okay to just say "I'm sorry" to the customer? Actually, this review is from a while ago, but when I search for this area, it comes up, so it makes me feel really bad. It's not that I want a cancellation fee or anything, and I understand that you're busy, but I can hear the rattling sounds of work on the back of the phone, and I want to get off the phone and get to work. It has been transmitted. After that, I couldn't find a place to stay, so I canceled my trip. The few inns we had were also full. It's traumatic when you want to go on a trip and make a reservation. After all, there is also a partner. If you work in customer service, you may not be staying with guests, but I think there are a few more ways to respond when they contact you. I remembered this when I was making reservations for a New Year's trip, and I felt sad, so I am writing this review. I'm sure it's work, but I think customers choose to go to events to relax, make memories, spend time with their families, spend time together as a couple, and have fun with friends.I hope that nothing will put a damper on such an event in the future.
