not good. The customer service is good, but the rooms are not clean, there is a lot of dust, some areas are not well-maintained, the beds are hard, the location is bad, the only restaurants around are bars, which is inconvenient, and it is difficult to get around. I don't recommend it.After that, it shakes a lot.

The customer service was very good. I would definitely use it again. There's a ministop nearby, and it's relatively close to the station, so it's convenient.

It's close to the station and there are many convenience stores and food restaurants around, so it was great! The receptionist was also very polite! Thank you very much ☺️ I was too tired to answer the survey 💦 Sorry 💦

This hotel is near the station and right below a convenience store, making it a recommended hotel for people going to Makuhari Messe for concerts, etc.The following two points are of concern:① There is a long horizontal brown stain on the wall.② The small refrigerator in the room does not have a freezing function.

This is a regular lodging. There are also convenience stores, Matsuya, Matsunoya, and Pronto nearby. Although it's near the station, it's surprisingly quiet at night. There is a laundry and a microwave on the first floor for a fee.Don't forget the amenities provided in the basic rooms, such as razors, cotton swabs, and combs in front of the elevator on the first floor, as well as powdered coffee and tea. Beverage vending machines and rock ice cream are located on certain floors. The room is compact and equipped with a hair dryer and air purifier, and the air conditioner can be set to a temperature within a range, but it cannot be cooled in the winter or heated in the summer. The bath is filled with hot water and is easy to adjust. The amount of hot water in the shower is also sufficient. It's thin, but I'm glad it has some dirt. It would be helpful if the mirror had an anti-fog coating. This is my only request. The bed is also comfortable. If I had to complain, it would be that it is popular and is easily booked.Breakfast is not a buffet, but mainly consists of freshly prepared Japanese food. Bread, cereal, raw eggs, natto, and other rice accompaniments, as well as drinks (a wide variety), can be purchased by yourself. I was very satisfied with the side dishes this time, which included grilled mackerel, simmered hijiki, and roast ham (thick!).It seems that it is used for training etc.
