Good place to relax and enjoy nature. There is a supermarket and Daiso nearby. The owner is kind and likes to meet new people. He has a dog Hana who lives outside and she is very friendly!

I stayed with Joe at the guesthouse for just over 3 weeks and it was a perfect base of operations for my time in japan. The public transport was accessible and made it easy to explore as well as the local area having plenty of places of interest. The host Joe is wonderful, he's incredibly friendly and relaxed and will make you feel at ease. You'll leave with a new friend that's for sure. The rooms are clean and tidy with a number of different sized rooms to suit different guests. I look forward to my next visit!

I stayed here as a base for exploring the low mountains of Chiba. I don't think this is suitable for people who don't like inns and always stay at hotels. On the other hand, it is a comfortable and reasonably priced inn for those who regularly stay without meals, such as mountain lodgers and packers. As part of our sustainable policy (?), which includes avoiding the use of plastic bottles and other plastic products as much as possible, and using water efficiently, there is a charge for the use of air conditioning. However, since the basic price is low in the first place, I don't have to worry about it that much. Another thing to keep in mind is your approach. If you walk from Chiba Station, etc., it will probably take more than 40 minutes. The correct answer is to take the first line of the bus terminal at the east exit of Chiba Station bound for Omiya Danchi, get off at Omiyadai 7-chome or Ota-cho, and walk from there.

Thank you for your help the other day.We had a great time enjoying a drink together with the owner and other guests under the kotatsu lamp in the living room.I fell asleep under the kotatsu, probably helped by the homely atmosphere that felt like my parents' home, but woke up in my futon the next morning. The caring owner must have led him to a bed prepared for him during the night (I have a vague recollection of this). It brought back fond memories of going to sleep over at a friend's house when I was in middle school or high school. You can also use it with your close friends and colleagues.

It was used by my classmates from when I was a student. It's a detached house with deep green trees and a bamboo grove outside the window, making it a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and the owner's hospitality makes it feel like you're in your own home. .It had a warmth different from that of an inn or hotel, and we had a great time.I look forward to the changes in nature, so it's a place I'd like to visit again in different seasons.

Respect people, things, and natureIt restores people to their original state. It was a base. The owner isI have lived abroadA large Egyptian temple not found in Japan. The tapestries were also worth seeing. This time, I used it at a class reunion. My first experience of having a banquet at a kotatsu. The room I stayed in wasWhen I open the curtains in the morningThe scenery of bamboo shoots and the chirping of small birdsIt was comfortable. Not a glitteringly decorated base.the life of thingsI will be using it carefully for a long time.Good old days and nostalgic sceneryShowa and nostalgiaBecoming rich and becoming a thingIn an era of overflowingIn an era where we tend to lose sight of many things“You only need what you really need.”I feel like I was taught that.I'm glad I came here.A friendly person who loves nature, his hometown, and his family. The owner's careAlso, I want to repeat it.

At the end of the year, I stayed at a guest house. It was great to get together under the kotatsu for the first time in several years! This is truly nostalgic grandpa and grandma's house! It feels like.A stubborn old man (though the owner is an old man)They serve homemade pickled plums, honey, and boiled taro, even if you don't want to eat them. It's a Showa era house, so it looks old, but the owner loves cleaning.I think it's clean and dust free. (Even at a certain inn in Tamatsukuri Onsen, my wife was furious because it was covered in dust!)I want to have fun at the campsite in the summer.
