I have been to Kamogawakan many times.This time, I stayed here with room service for two meals and received a spa.The room was spacious and spacious with a pool and two open-air baths.This is my personal opinion, but I felt a lot of resistance when two men came into the room every time I asked for something, so I thought it would have been better if there was a female staff member.The price was 150,000 yen including everything, but the quality of the food, atmosphere, and amenities were good for the price, so I wanted something more sophisticated and luxurious.The therapist at the spa was used to it, but his hands were cold, and it was worse than the hotel spas and Orispas in Tokyo.I think it's a good place for couples or parents and children to relax in a spacious area. Summer is the best time to go. The pool was already cold.

Since I am planning to stay for the 4th week, I had a meeting with the hotel over the phone, but I am now disappointed.I ordered two sushi courses for dinner for 5,500 yen per person.Also, I asked the chef to ask if I could have raw sea urchin as a special order. The next day, I received a call from the hotel butler and was surprised to hear the price❗It was 20,000 yen for 100g❗I was told that 200 grams for two people would cost 40,000 yen.Since we had asked for raw sea urchin, there was no room for us to show off our chef skills. However, it is strange that they charge 10 times the market price.However, this time, one pack of 100g was 20,000 yen, and the sushi course was 5,500 yen, so I ended up being served a dish that was about a quarter of the raw sea urchin.Also, this hotel's Bettei Villa costs 100,000 yen per night including breakfast, so when you compare 100 grams of raw sea urchin to 20,000 yen, you wonder if the Bettei Villa's value is only worth 5 packs of raw sea urchin. I got excited❗The hotel's response may not have been to say, "We cannot serve raw sea urchin❗," but just thinking about the fact that they may not have been honest makes me nervous.Originally, I thought it would have been okay to cancel the dinner since that's how they treated me.Also, I thought it would have been a good idea to cancel the stay itself❗I feel very disappointed because I thought the Kamogawakan main building was so good that many people from the company were invited.Now, after seeing Mr. Itamae's villa, which he says is only worth about 5 packs of raw sea urchin next week, I'm thinking about using it in the future.Well, I actually stayed here❗My wife liked it, but I noticed that the overall maintenance was half-finished.The equipment in the outside garden was extremely moldy, and the parasols were moldy and torn.The plants were planted so that they could be enjoyed in each season, but the withered appearance was terrible.For breakfast, I had a lot of white rice, so I asked the butler to make rice balls for me, but he asked me to bring Saran wrap and make some myself❗When I left the hotel, I cleaned the dirty room and went home❗The sister building has a villa and play garden where you can stay with your pet.The amount is about the same amount.

I come here every year, and I find that the best hospitality soothes both my mind and body.I don't want to introduce this relaxing, relaxing and healing space to anyone.I had breakfast served as brunch and after checking out.You can take your time in the morning and enjoy the hot springs, pool, and jacuzzi.You can also eat in your room, which will satisfy your selfish needs lol

I was looking forward to staying there for the first time in a while.I had made a reservation for dinner at [Yoshidaya] in the hotel, but the butler and the staff were not able to share the meal, so I had to wait in a private room for 30 minutes, and I got so impatient that I called the staff. The staff members were surprised because they didn't even realize we were in a private room, and when they read who was in charge, they apologized, but they couldn't explain why this happened and just looked down at the conversation. It didn't.Unsatisfied, I gave up on staying and told them I was going to check out, but they charged me 30,000 yen as it was a customer's request to check out.Unsatisfied, I contacted the Kamogawa Tourism Association, and the manager contacted me the next day. They said that the 30,000 yen charge was reasonable and that they would not refund the money.Even though we were looking forward to our stay, the hostess made us feel uncomfortable, and in the end, they even charged us money at this unscrupulous inn.Something like this happened at the inn I stayed at many times,I'm very sorry, I'm very sorry.
