First, you check in using a QR code, but after checking in, you will get the code that will be the key to your room.My room had a keyhole that had to be physically opened, probably because the key was broken, and there was no panel to enter such a code.There was no one at the front desk, so I tried to make a call using a remote iPad, but since I wasn't Japanese, I had a hard time getting through to the person, so I was asked to wait for a staff member to come, so I had to wait a while, which was normal. I brought the key to the room and was told that it was the key to open the room.I don't think they should have released the code if they knew it from the beginning, and I think it would have been nice to have an apology since it was a flaw.I was tired and wanted to go to my room early, but it took me a while.Also, the mat on the loft bed in the room was very dirty.There are no amenities provided, but you must bring your own toothbrush, face wash, pajamas, etc.Bath towels, shampoo, and hand soap are provided.There was no trash can in the bathroom, which was inconvenient, and although there was a scale, it was left with a dead battery.The wallpaper in the room was in tatters, and although the photos looked beautiful, it was surprisingly disappointing.Although the price was over 10,000 yen per person, I thought that the price and the room did not match.There is no parking lot, and if you use the parking lot, if you read the parking lots around here carefully, there is no maximum charge, so I don't think I will use this hotel in the future.I was disappointed that the hotel was not what I expected.

August2024.We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as 2 adults + 2 children.There are 2 single beds and a bunk bed.The lower floor of the bunk bed makes you sweat a lot because of the leather seat, but there is no problem on the upper floor.The size of the room is sufficient.The kitchen and its equipment are sufficient.There are no flies like in previous comments. Cleaning is sufficient.The room has air conditioning, a hand vacuum cleaner, iron, airfry, oven.There is a washing machine and dryer in common use.You can find many things at the 24-hour market right opposite the hotel, with affordable prices.It is 200 meters away from the Metro T line, and you can reach many important points of the city by metro.You can check-in and check-out by scanning the QR on the tablet at the entrance of the hotel.Your room number and door password will be sent to your e-mail. Very easy process.If you have a problem, you can easily solve the problem by making a video call with the representative from the tablet at the reception.I recommend

Close to Kasai Station and convenient transportation.Although there is no reception staff, it is very convenient to communicate using Line.There is a supermarket opposite, which is super convenient.Recommended to everyone.
