Yesterday morning around 3:30am, the bell in my hotel room rang and when I opened the door, the hotel staff said they were checking the fire alarm❗️I was woken up from a deep sleep💤 and had to go to the front desk in the morning, so I stopped by, but there was no explanation or apology...Is this normal?

The location is convenient for walking around Sasebo and the prices are reasonable.There is an affiliated parking lot in front of the hotel.It's a very normal business hotel with rooms that are just average.

There are many coin parking lots nearby, so I didn't have any trouble checking in after Huis Ten Bosch. I was free to come and go at night, and I was also able to borrow a microwave. The location was well-balanced, and it was comfortable enough to stay just for sleeping. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and it was nice to have peace of mind that the room was not cleaned.

Ten“The staff are very kind”This time I will be staying by motorcycle, but there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel. (Charged by a different company) The shutters are closed from 10pm to 6am the next day, which was great for security and also because I didn't have to get wet in the rain. There are many restaurants nearby, such as places to eat, just a short walk away, so it was convenient. I would definitely like to come back if I have a chance.

The rest are on the first floor and you can bring them yourself.The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were labeled as botanical, and my hair became frizzy after using them. The amenities are the worst. The structure of the room is of a common type.Breakfast, rice is soggy. There was no miso soup, the side dishes were poor, and the sausages were not delicious. Even though the drinks were gone, they were never replenished.Overall review: Not worth paying ¥8,000.

Conveniently located in the center of downtown Sasebo.The rooms have an old-fashioned business hotel feel, but the carpets are clean.It supports wi-fi5, so there is no problem with no interruptions.One thing I would like to point out is that the noise from the refrigerator is annoyingly loud.Great location and reasonable prices for walking around central Sasebo.

It's fairly old, but well maintained. Even though it was Golden Week, the price was a bit high. It's a bit of a walk to the station, but it's close to the downtown area. It is also possible to walk to the Sasebo Museum, so it depends on your purpose.The service was perfect.

In order to participate in the Sasebo Fleet Friendship Day for the first time in 10 years, I stayed at this hotel, which is a 15-minute walk from the US military base in Sasebo. In the end, it was a very correct answer. I am very satisfied with the surrounding environment and access. In addition to the US military Sasebo base, Saruku City, 7-Eleven, Sail Tower, Triumph Memorial Hall, Sasebo Park, and Sasebo Central Park are all within walking distance. Also, at night, the surrounding foreign bars are lively and you can enjoy the exotic atmosphere. Although there is no public bath, there is a public bath nearby. The bus stop is also nearby, so I personally recommend this as a base for sightseeing in Sasebo over Sasebo Station. The room was a little cold at night. The air conditioner was only set to cool, not heat. The loungewear was only available in one size fits all, but I would have been happy if there was a larger size available. It was convenient that I didn't have to leave the key at the front desk every time I went out because it was a card key. The walls are thin, but there was no problem sleeping. I would be happy if you could raise the grade of the disposable brush one notch (currently it is the simplest brush). The water pressure in the shower was strong. The customer service at the front desk was also good. The washlet is an older model that takes some time to use. It was good that the windows could be opened and closed for ventilation, but the windows were broken? There was no stopper, so I had to be careful.

I used it for work, and if I could park in the parking lot in front of the hotel, I would be able to park there by reservation during my consecutive nights.The guys at the parking lot were very kind and helpful.The hotel is a normal business and there is a coin laundry, which is not inconvenient, and there is an ice machine.

It’s as the name of it. As the old international hotel, this hotel is so perfect in their service.They have a strictly rule about check in time, that’s what you should know. 3pm. No early, even you would like to pay extra fee.Everything is clean and neat. Room could be small with American size, but it’s Japanese. You should understand.I like the way they organized everything in the hotel.Towers Replacement everyday. Venting machine is on each floor and laundry service is open as self-service.I spent 2 nights here with only 100$ for double room with 2 adults and 1 infant, and I am happy with this choice.Also, hotel location is nearby the park, we walk there and really happy.Recommend for all people. Be nice. And be understanding. 💓

Business hotel....First time staying here. Only stayed because my usual hotel was totally booked this day and only stayed one night.First the parking lot across the street is supposed to be first come, first serve. The lot only had 6 cars there and I was told I couldn't park even though I told them I was checking in to the Smile Hotel. Then 3 cars pulled up and lined up to park in the garage and they let them in. After checking in and getting to the room, I looked out the window and saw more cars parking. As you can see in the picture the Green available parking space light is on.Unacceptable.... SMHThe Hotel itself lobby isn't bad, the amenities are located in the lobby like a lot of hotels.Two small elevators lead to small hallways and very small rooms. The locking systems on the doors are cool..see video.The key has to be placed in the holder to activate the lights in the room.Walls in the rooms are very thin, you can actually hear the person next door using the toilet. If you have a large suitcase, this room will be a challenge for you.There isn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom or a fog free mirror, wipe it with a towel .lolCustomer service is average, there wasn't a welcome or any kind of friendly gesture. Just provide ID, here's your key and nothing.I can't comment on the restaurant, I didn't eat there.Price for the room was acceptable. ¥7000Great location:Shopping mall or Arcade, Sasebo base, parks, convenience stores, Starbucks, Mosburger and Hotto Motto are within 5 minutes walking distance.Overall:I can only recommend a one night stay and only if you can't find anything else in the area. If you have to stay for more than one night, I think the hotel itself will bother your comfort level.I don't think I'll stay here again.

I used it on a motorcycle trip in the winter of 2023.There is a parking lot in front of the affiliated facility, and you can also park your motorcycle there (the fee is paid separately from your stay at the hotel front desk). The hotel is in a rather lively area with foreign clubs, but the parking lot is manned and closed at night, so you don't have to worry about mischief.The facility is a normal business hotel that is fairly old, but the plumbing has been renovated and it is spacious and clean. There is nothing to be dissatisfied with.Breakfast is a buffet style meal on the 10th floor. There were enough Japanese and Western items to enjoy.I think the location is great, not only being able to walk to the downtown area, but also being right in front of the expressway interchange. I will probably use it again when I come to Sasebo.
