Very good hotel, accommodation is very clean. We booked a room in building B, which has a shared bathroom and toilets. The building is brand new and very high tech. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.Hotel is very clean.

Perfect hygiene, great location with the keisei station! And above all the good bike rides along the incredible river, and really take advantage of it to discover katsushika which is magnificent! With really warm and welcoming locals, with shibamata and its shops and restaurants that are old Japan which leads straight to a magnificent temple! Bravo to Tev and Akiko, Nuri and all the team who maintain the hotels for their work and responsiveness. We'll come back.

I arrived quite late and took a bit trail and error to get in. It is same like most airbnb houses but quite new. It is about 10 mins walk to the keisei station. Most hotels in this areas are not for tourist (love hotels) and this one serve a perfect solution. Also walkable distance to my freind’s bar. Merci!

A great experience marred by an incident, too bad.Indeed the house is well located, 10 minutes walk from KS Takasago station, 5 minutes walk from a 7/11.It is rather well equipped, wifi is available, an equipped kitchen, washing machine with detergent and dryer. The rooms are sufficiently soundproofed to sleep peacefully when the other guests are still up.However, I had a problem during my stay which ultimately left me with a bitter taste. Indeed at the entrance to the house we have to leave our shoes in a cupboard (1 shelf per room), except that one of the hotel guests used one of my pairs of shoes (pair of tap shoes ) and damaged them for me. They were designer slides that were almost new and they really killed them for me. I contacted the staff at Ici Japon Village to explain the problem and they told me that they were not responsible for personal items left in common areas. However, we have to leave our shoes here, which I did so that in the end a customer took them and damaged them. Fortunately I realized this the day before he left otherwise he would have left with...Really a shame, otherwise it was very good.

The best hotel we had in 10 days across Japan, the hygiene is impeccable, the location perfect, and for vehicles it is better to park in the parking lot between the bridge and the seven eleven. It is not translated into French but in practice you have to: sit in a place, press the number of your place at the terminal, click on payment by bank card (contactless) in order to make a payment imprint and c is everything. When you return, enter the seat number again and a price will be displayed. Remove the vehicle and re-park it every 24 hours (1000yen) because after 24 hours it is 100yen per hour

By far the best accommodation of my trip to Japan.Close to Keisei-Takasago station, the hotel is easy to access and is located on the riverbank.Everything was very clean and tidy. The buildings are new and modern. The kitchen is equipped and there is a huge television in the living room which already had some streaming platforms connected to it for guests. The hotel also provides free bicycles. There is also a dryer and a washing machine with product available. All this to say that we lack nothing in this hotel.I highly recommend!
