I came here looking for a place to stay with my dogs.Although the building as a whole feels like it has been around for many years, the rooms were well-cleaned and there were no odors at all.All household appliances, cooking utensils, and tableware are available, but there are no seasonings or anything else to eat, so if you want to cook, we recommend that you prepare everything.This time's room was a semi-basement room, so there were a lot of stairs. That's the impression I get. Although the end of the stairs is like a slope, the width is narrow so you can't pull your luggage. It may be for dogs, but the stairs are not steep, so I think most dogs will be able to go up and down the stairs.When I checked in, they said, ``There are a lot of stairs, so I'll help you with your luggage.''While we were carrying our luggage from the car, the staff disappeared, so we ended up carrying it ourselves.There are no restaurants, so the only delivery service is a soba restaurant.It seems like you can get it at a sushi restaurant, but please be careful as it closes early.There is also a barbecue area, but personally I didn't want to pay extra to use it.It also had a large bath.``The room has a bath, so please use the bath in the room,'' I was told, so I didn't even have to use the public bath.There is also a grooming room for dogs, so you don't have to worry about playing in the sea! However, there will be an additional charge for this.I think it depends on the location of your room, but it was very nice to be able to open the window and see a small but private dock run, and from there you could go to a larger dock run.The sea is just down the hill, so you can get there in 3 minutes.There are many life jackets for dogs (free of charge lol) at the front desk, so it might be good for dogs who like playing in the water.The room is also equipped with toilet sheets, deodorizing spray, tableware, and a trash can for the dog, which is very helpful.

Four of my golf friends stayed at Point Vacation Gd-Type. We didn't have a dog with us, but we stayed right next to Tateyama Country Club, so we decided to use it!There were some scratches in the room that looked like they had been scratched by animals, but the animal odor was not particularly bothersome, so the cleaning was thorough.The kitchen is smaller than other point vacations, and the washing machine is a drum type. There is no public bath.The sea is right in front of you and you can walk to the sea in 3 minutes.The dock run is well-equipped, but the parking lot is quite narrow, so there aren't many places to park large vehicles.We were all able to eat together and relax.I bought the ingredients at Super ODOYA near Tateyama Station, about 10 minutes by car.I also received good reviews from my golf friends, so I would like to stay there.

Used on weekdays early August 2024.The inside of the facility was kept clean and had no smells, so I felt comfortable using it.The dog run is large and there is no poop on it, so it is open from 6 a.m. until sunset.The water supply outside the dog park seemed to be out of order and could not be used.All the staff members were very pleasant.There was a washing machine and a dryer, which was very helpful. There was another dog.There is only one smoking area, there are two chairs on the 3rd floor. There was a stained tobacco smell.I think it would be nice to have a smoking area outside.There are trolleys placed outside the building and throughout the building, so those with a lot of luggage can use them.When I checked in, I was happy to see a welcome board at the entrance with my dog's breed and name written on it. I would like to go again.

The dog run is spacious and clean. They also provided a pool. The garden on the first floor is a private dog run.I think all Lilo's are like this, but the facilities are a bit run down, like some of the sofas being peeled off, but for the most part it's clean and the staff are pleasant.In front of a quiet beach. The slope is tough though.It's a pain that there is no elevator or large public bath (only people in rooms without a bath can use it)Ran is scary because he is with a large dog.As with any place, there is too much information to understand once you arrive. The place was alright for what we were looking for: an apartment for 10 people in a dog-friendly space. I must say that the rooms for dog showering were big and well equipped. It is well located just a couple of meters from the sea (the beach is not really a beach, though).
