I used it for a business trip. 2 nights x 2 timesAlthough the building is older, it is spacious enough instead of the narrow floor plan of today where you can't spread out your suitcase. The bed wasn't too comfortable either. The bath in the room (unused) is quite small, but there is a large public bath on the second floor, which is the same as the front desk, so it's not a problem. This place seems to have been renovated, so it doesn't feel that old.The entire parking lot is located on the first floor of the hotel. The right half is a double parking type, so you may have to leave your keys in depending on the situation. However, it's almost the same as a covered parking lot, so you won't get wet even in the rain, and there's an elevator, so it's convenient. One of the two times I walked there was from Sawara Station, but it was pitch black at night. It's close, but it's pitch black. It was so dark that you couldn't even see the expressions of the people you passed.*If you are not used to the countryside, we recommend taking a taxi or using the hotel's free shuttle service.I appreciate the free coffee, sweets, and bananas (?).You can also order dinner at the restaurant opposite the front desk.I had the daily set meal (sashimi set meal) for 1,200 yen, and it was voluminous and delicious. The draft beer was 350 yen as it was happy hour until 7pm, so I had two drinks.Payment is made at the front desk. (Card payment possible)Breakfast (660 yen) is Wazen.I was grateful that it wasn't a cumbersome buffet style.Above all, the staff at the front desk was so polite that you wouldn't imagine it from the exterior of the hotel.Anyway, polite. Gentleman.I would like to come back again when I go on a business trip to the eastern part of Chiba Prefecture.

The building is quite old. The parking lot is small and half of the rooms are double parked with other cars (you have to leave the key at the front desk), inside the room the pots are rusty, the desk is worn out (repaired with glue), the lamp stand is in disrepair, the toilet seat does not come down softly, the bathroom/toilet. It's very, very small (the narrowest I've ever stopped at), but the staff and restaurant were very nice.

I'm trying my best, but since the facility is old, it's quite difficult. I ended up in a smoking room by mistake, but the room was still good, but the smell of cigarettes in the hallway after getting off the elevator was incredible. Although they are trying their best to improve the staff's attitude and the abundance of amenities, they received a negative rating for the hardware aspects.

There were no non-smoking rooms available. I have no choice but to stay in a smoking room The smoking room at this hotel is quite difficult for non-smokers. The smell is so bad it hurts my eyesWeekly apartment? There's something about being cheap. The parking lot is small. The sound of Narita Line trains echoes right next to you until late. The hallways are smelly. The surrounding area is pitch black. There are no convenience stores nearby. scared. The good thing about it was the large public bath.I regret losing out because of the low price😭
