The room we stayed in had a small kitchen and washing machine, which is great for long-term stays. This time I stayed for one night so it didn't matter (lol)Others are normal.

They are preparing a welcome drink. This is a very nice touch when checking in on a hot day while sweating. It's okay for a business hotel in this area. The WiFi was good and I was able to hold conference calls.

It's close to the station and is a hidden gem. It was comfortable and had privacy. Since it is not a tourist spot, it is better to move to Nagasaki and eat there.

Even though it was during the holidays, I still didn't feel it was worth 12,000 yen. Personally, I will never use it again because the quality is only 5,000 yen.・When I checked in, I was only given the key and was not given any explanation about the inside of the building.-The room was small and there was no telephone. I wanted to ask about the public bath and how to use the building, but I couldn't call the front desk because there was no telephone.・Although check-in was after 7:30 pm, I was not informed that the women's public bath was open until 8:30 pm. In the first place, isn't it too early for women to open until 8:30 pm due to the rotating public bath system?・The public bath was only available for 10 minutes between women and men. It seems like they don't change the hot water, but I thought it would be really disgusting if someone of the opposite sex who didn't know the hot water used it again after I used it.・Since the front desk is not open after 8:00 a.m., it may not be possible to store your luggage at check-out. It seems that labor costs are being reduced more than necessary, but why are they so expensive?・If you stay for consecutive nights, cleaning will be done once every two days in the name of Eco Day. I don't understand why there is no cleaning even though the price is the same for 2 days.

There was no front desk staff so I had to wait for about 20 minutes. I was very anxious as I didn't receive any calls.

It is easy to confuse the name with Premium Hall, so I would like to see the name of the hotel listed as East Exit/West Exit. The facilities are old, but the cleaning seems to be thorough. The public bath is nice, but unfortunately it's timed and you can't use it in the morning. Please note that some rooms do not have electrical outlets near the bedside.

I can't deny that the equipment feels old-fashioned, but that doesn't mean it's inconvenient.I think it's good.I stayed for several nights, and I put my key in a box on the front counter, but when I returned from going out, the front desk was unattended and it was still in the box.I think someone else could enter the room with this key, so please take precautions.I think you should think about it.

Reasonable business hotel about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. It's within walking distance of the castle ruins park and a few other attractions, and the river is a nice place for a walk, too. They checked us in early after asking if we could stow our luggage, which was great service.Rooms were okay. Lots of small appliances including a foot massager, though more outlets and/or a power strip would help. Our mattress had a firm side and a worn side and my partner needed some time to pick which one would work best for her.Top floor has some nice amenities. The public bath is smallish, just four shower stalls, and is men-only for most of the night. It was too hot for me so I wussed out. Free laundry is across the hall, with detergent and everything so I didn't actually have to drag pods all the way from home.
