I stayed here the night before playing golf in Futtsu City. I used to stay at a hotel near Kisarazu station, but it was fully booked, so I looked for it the night before and came here.I never expected Okura to exist! Business stays are getting more expensive these days, and you can't believe you can stay for the same price! There was a pool, so I thought I'd check in early and go for a swim, but due to work and traffic, I ended up arriving at 9pm. I had my luggage carried, and the room, amenities, and bed were Okura specifications. The surprise was a one harmony birthday gift of champagne. I was also given a send-off.We stayed for 9 hours until 6am the next morning, but it was happy hour.I definitely come to stay here twice a year when I play golf in Chiba Prefecture.Next time I'll bring a swimsuit. I would like to come with my family too.

The hotel is situated on a hill. Although I had higher expectations due to the name Okura, I understand that it is a four-star hotel, so I am satisfied. The hotel has been in operation for many years, which is evident from its condition and design. It is a large hotel with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that offer a beautiful view of the park. The room curtain is a board curtain, not a cloth, and I think they may need a maintainance on its surface. It doesn't look very nice once I close the board curtain. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby, which is about a 10-minute walk down and up the hill.

It is not suitable for families, so please be careful if you have small children. However, I chose it because it had excellent access, but I could not say that the access was very good either.I don't want to say anything about customer service since the person who first accepted me was in training, but I would like them to at least hire someone who can follow the manual. Even though it wasn't something that could be left entirely to one person, he was doing it all by himself. From the first access, there was a sense of distrust for those in training, and when we went back to the guest rooms, there were no towels for children.I contacted the front desk and was able to get a towel, but don't you want to leave the towel of the child sleeping with you who hasn't paid for it? First of all, I had never been without a towel for my child, but when I called and asked for a towel for my child, she asked, "Is this for the child sleeping with you?" and "How old is he?" What does that mean?I have already filled out the reservation online, but...Even if you sleep together, you can take a bath and use a towel. The worst part was that I collapsed in the lobby where my child was checking out and cried a lot. The two receptionists were just looking at me even though no one was responding. I calmed the child down and sat her in a chair and went to the reception desk, but she saw the crying child and didn't say anything. Normally I might not have thought anything of it, but I felt a strong sense of coldness because I had been distrustful from the beginning.By the way, I stayed at another hotel the next day, but of course I had towels.I didn't have any slippers for my child, so I contacted the front desk, but they said something when they delivered it, and even after I said thank you, they told me to contact the front desk if there was anything else I needed. I did.I have never experienced such a difference in service at a hotel in Chiba, so I would like to see an improvement.

They don't prepare bath towels for children every time they stop. It seems like 4 people are trying their best to use two towels, so I would be happy if you could provide them. Afterwards, there is always a pole for reserved cars in the parking lot in front of the hotel, but I don't have a reserved car, so why don't they take it off? I don't want to drive far, and it's inconvenient as I have lots of luggage with children.

It's a quiet hotel, but even though it's an Okura brand, I felt that it wasn't kept well-maintained.Depending on the time of year, there may be a lot of insects, so be careful.I think it can't be helped to some extent due to the location, but there were mosquitoes in the driveway, several dead praying mantises and grasshoppers left in the walkway from the parking lot to the hotel building, and even rooms on high floors had to close their windows. There were spiders and ants in the room even though I had never opened it. Also, when I entered the room, there was hair all over the floor. The hotel staff were kind and courteous, so I was able to stay with peace of mind in that respect, but I didn't feel as comfortable as I did when I stayed before, and I still have better memories of my previous stay. It was a shame because I made a reservation.Chinese restaurants are delicious as long as you order the wrong menu.If I need to stay in this area, I will stay at this hotel, but unfortunately I don't think I would want to go there again.
