Even if the hotel and rooms are quite old, the staff was really welcoming and the location by the lake is really convenient, and the japanese breakfast was good. The private onsen was at the perfect temperature, so we enjoyed it a lot! Also, we made a reservation during the fireworks festival (hanabi) and it was a pleasant experience to see. We could rent bikes and discovered the surroundings before taking the bus back to Tokyo.

I used it when traveling with children. The facilities and equipment were designed to be child-friendly, which was very helpful. I had a great time without any inconvenience. The adult meals were also very luxurious, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal slowly for the first time in a while.

I stayed here with my children aged 0 and 5.The building and rooms are old and old.If I had to say, the room was dusty and I wish they had cleaned it a little more. The food was very delicious, ranking first or second among the food at hotels I've stayed at in the past.I was also surprised that the manager remembered the names of all the children staying at the hotel and called them by name. There was also a small children's space, which was great for the kids to be able to move their bodies.I took a family bath in the hot springs and it was very nice.I think it is difficult to manage these old-style hotels and inns, but I get the impression that they are doing their best in terms of service, and I want to support them.

We used it for a party-centered trip with only five former employees of the company. Although the building is a bit old, it was clean and we had a relaxing time in the large room overlooking Lake Kameyama. The dinner at the banquet was also a deluxe version, with plenty of delicious food such as eggplant with snow crab bean paste, Kazusa beef sukiyaki, and large simmered golden sea bream.Everyone was impressed. It's been a long time since I've had a luxurious banquet, and I was completely satisfied with the extra portion I ordered. The staff's response was very polite and likable. The only thing I like about it is that the bath is a hot spring, but the area around the bathtub was slippery and scary for the elderly, so I would appreciate it if something was done to prevent it from slipping.

What was disappointing・Even though the water was good, there were dozens of mosquitoes, insects, and long-legged mosquitoes floating in the hot springs.・I flushed away the insects in the bucket, but they appeared again after a few minutes.Place a stocking-like cover over the pipe that carries hot water (replace it every day), and fill in any large open windows around the pipe that is connected to the outside. This will prevent insects to some extent. I also cleaned the round bath, but after 5 minutes there were 7 insects.Yunohana is fine as long as it's a natural ingredient, but I don't want you to think of insect extract as a natural ingredient.・When I tried to go out to the balcony of my room, I got caught in a spider web (I recommend checking all rooms when cleaning every morning)·president? A person like this was having a meeting with an employee.Unlike the website and photos, the eyes were glaring and I was surprised by the underworld atmosphere.・It's time to change the mirror in the hot spring bathroom (there are a lot of black spots)The illustrations and text on the mirror, such as HAPPY BATH TIME, are beginning to fade, and I don't know when they were drawn. I have to decide whether to erase or draw properly.Good points・The rice was very delicious, and the dinner service was also very nice. Honestly, I felt like I should have worked at a bigger hotel.・The hot water in the bath itself is very good.・Hot water in the shower is also good.・I'm glad there are two types of shampoo. It's old, but I think they keep it clean. However, there is quite a lot of noise from the rooms next door, so families with babies are recommended to avoid the room during busy periods.

Visited on September 19th. It was quiet as there were no people around as it was the off-season. I would like to come again during the autumn foliage season.
