It was my first time staying at a private lodging, and a kind Chinese wife met me at the parking lot. I was nervous because I'm not used to staying in private lodging, but the bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The hassle of checking when someone else is not using the toilet or bath is unique to private lodging. Of course you can stay in a clean, quiet room for a cheap price. There's a slight smell of Chinese food, but it's not a problem since it's a scent you can find everywhere in Thailand where I worked overseas.Parking was free in front. Access (map) is also 5 because I used it by car.

My first vacation rental! The owner is charming. Tea and fruit are available. Apparently some rooms have refrigerators and sofas, but my room didn't. There was a strong garlic smell from the moment I entered the door, and the smell was still there even after entering the private room. The owner's explanation was simple and the private room didn't have a lock, so someone who came later accidentally opened my room. The bed is large and comfortable. The room is new and clean, but there is a lot of dust here and there. Baths are crowded. Also, if someone else is inside, the bathroom will be locked, so you won't be able to use the bathroom. Also, the soundproofing is comparable to that of a normal private house, so you can hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. There were windows with no curtains, so I didn't get a good night's sleep. The place we were staying was different from the photo on the website. The parking lot was also in front of the place I was staying. It's a 28 minute walk from the station, so it's not impossible to walk, but it can be a pain if you have a lot of luggage.

When I called to make a reservation to stay with a friend, the landlord, who was probably Chinese, answered the phone and said, ``This number is not available.''When I called the number you gave me, the first time I called, it hung up without a word, and the second time I called, the call was rejected.I didn't feel bad about the landlord, but I was left with a bit of a feeling.

Room rental in a sweet middle aged ladies house. Super clean, super comfortable. Full bathroom and toilet was very clean as well.She gave us apples and iced coffee each day.Doesn't speak any English but is good using google translate.Kind of a long walk from the station, but the Funabashi area was very lively late at night. Lots of restaurants and bars.

It's a bit far from the station. The rooms are spacious. There's also a self-service washing machine and a spacious bathroom. Try to bring your own toiletries.
