There are hotels along rivers and hotels that face lakes, but if you're a man alone, you'll be given a room facing away from the river or lake, and this room is no exception. I guess it's a room gacha, or maybe only families are placed in rooms facing the river. The room was far from the hot springs, and you had to use the elevator twice to get there, and the hot springs were occupied by a group of junior high school students, which was unpleasant, so I'm lowering my rating. The room was pretty clean from the outside.

I stayed in a single room without meals, but the facilities in my room didn't feel too old. The front desk seemed nice too.

I reserved a Japanese-style room at Shoyo-kaku.The room I was given was on the 7th floor, and it was very spacious, the air conditioner was very effective, and it was clean. The child was very happy as he could see the river from his room and the train a little further ahead. Also, the staff at the front desk was very polite and I hope I can stay during the Ayame Festival next time. I thought.Thank you very much for staying one night.

I used it for one night on Friday and Saturday during the Iris Festival. The hotel is located on the riverbank of the festival site, so it's a short walk away. It is lit up at night.

I stayed here on Jumbo's tour, but the floor and walls were full of stains, like an abandoned building, and the yukata looked damp and filthy, so I couldn't use it, and the futon was decades old. A flat futon with a faded color. The table and teacup case were covered in white dust evenly...As expected, I asked the front desk to change my room, but I was told that it was an old hotel, so all the rooms were like this.I took over as a bed room, but as soon as I entered the room, the electricity on the ceiling seemed to be flickering, but an elderly uncle who appeared to be the manager said, ``Oh, the electricity is about to go out.'' ” It was someone else's business and I didn't even change the light bulb. The door to the bathroom in the room I was given was also crooked, and I had to pull it open many times while making a loud creaking noise, making it feel like I was in a park toilet. Even if you wash the bathtub, it's rough!! ️The paper towels in the washroom were half-used and without a case, and the tissues on the table were half-used and had their boxes exposed.Anyway, the futon and the room were old and dusty, and it was the worst room. The tour price is ¥79,800 for 2 nights and 3 days, but Jumbo Tours has no problem letting guests stay in unsanitary hotels, and the Itako Hotel is not even cleaned! Both of them are only thinking about their own interests rather than their customers. The food looked beautiful at first glance, but it was cold and the rice was hard to remove. This is my first time in such an old and unsanitary hotel.I would like the presidents of Jumbo and Itako Hotel to come and stay here.I don't think I would be able to sleep in such a dirty hotel! This is a hotel that I don't want to give a rating of 1.
