I rented a villa for one night and two days during Golden Week in 2023.The number of users is 6 people and 1 car visit. We skipped renting BBQ equipment and food sets this time. The interior was very beautiful and it was too spacious for 6 people. Also, most of the necessary kitchen tools were available, so I cooked breakfast and dinner without any problems. The ice maker was out of order, but the freezer was stocked with enough ice in advance. I was very grateful. The bath has an ocean view, and if the weather was nice, I think the view would be very nice. (Unfortunately, the weather was not good when we visited)There are three bedrooms, and I think it would be easy to divide the rooms depending on the members who are using the room. Please note that with some carriers it was sometimes difficult to get a signal, but Wi-Fi was also available so there was no problem. All the members who used it this time unanimously said they would use it again. To be honest, we weren't lucky with the weather this time (record strong winds and rain), so next time we would like to enjoy BBQ when the weather is clear.I was able to make some very good memories on the last day of Golden Week. thank you very much.

I used it for glamping in the middle of Golden Week. The inside of the tent was very clean and the floor was padded with cushions, creating a relaxing space where you could sit or lie down without getting hurt. The toilet was also very clean. There is also a heater in the changing room, and I was pleased with the casual service that shows that they are thinking about their customers above all else.We were able to spend a relaxing time in our own space without any interference, and we had the best holiday ever. This is an amazing facility that you will want to visit at least once a year.

Recommended if you want to go glamping easily. There was only one group per day, so we could use it like a vacation home. The tent is air conditioned, so it's pretty cool.First, the view. It was built on a hill, so it had the best view of the ocean and the opposite shore. The stars are beautiful at night. The meal is BBQ, and the meat that comes out is soft and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and there were a lot of them.Plus hot springs. It was an interesting system where hot spring water came out when you turned the faucet, and the water was black. It will inevitably become a family bath, so you can stay in it for as long as you want without any hesitation.I think you'll be more satisfied than going to a large campsite.*I will add what I thought on site.・You can bring your own BBQ, but it will be a lot of food, so it might be better to keep it small. Two adults and two preschoolers ate three servings, but I had some left over.・I think you should bring something to drink. Of course, I'm sure you can get some water. There is a cafe attached, so I think you can order there.・In the summer, there are a lot of mosquito bugs and stink bugs, but since they burn mosquito repellent incense, it's not so much of a concern.・The free kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator. Guests can use it freely. I didn't have a cup, so I might as well bring my own. I think they will give it to you if you tell them this too.・Check-in starts at 15:00, BBQ starts at 17:30. If you are late, the number of insects will increase in summer, so it is better to be on time.・We will lend you sandals for moving around the facility.・Wi-Fi can be reached and used even inside the tent.

Dinner was filled with meat, vegetables, soup, pilaf, and lots of BBQ. Breakfast also came with bread, eggs, salad, and lots of drinks. There is also a refrigerator, so you can bring your own.You can also set off fireworks. The hot springs are also brown in color and feel good. Since I went in the summer, there were insects and frogs visiting. You can walk to the sea in less than 5 minutes. It is located in a residential area and the roads are narrow, so be careful if you have a large vehicle. It was very sunny and the ocean view was great.A woman handled the issue by herself, but I would like to thank her for her consideration.

In June, I stayed at a rental villa as a monitor. We stayed for 2 consecutive nights with 8 people, but the room was spacious enough to make us feel very comfortable. The surrounding environment is also great, and Tokyo Bay is directly below the site, so you can enjoy fishing if you go down to the coast.Shinmaiko Beach is open during the summer vacation period, so it's the perfect place to enjoy swimming with your family. It's a private vacation home, so you'll have to prepare your own meals, but there's no need to bring your own tableware and cooking utensils as they're fully stocked. Also, the refrigerator is very large, so I can store a lot of beer, and the freezer is about twice the size of ours, so it's more than enough.Furthermore, you can rent a barbecue grill, so you can enjoy a barbecue while watching the sunset on the terrace.Another thing I would like to add is the bathroom. The bathroom is on the second floor, so you can see a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay.I couldn't see it because it was at night, but I think you can see the sun setting at dusk.

My husband and I visited Golden Week. The staff who greeted me was very considerate and made me feel at ease, as if I had come home.Unfortunately, it was raining heavily during dinner, but there was a covered BBQ space so I didn't have to worry. Having said that, I really wanted to have a BBQ while the weather was nice... There is a refrigerator, and you can bring your own food, so it seems like you can enjoy it at a good value. As a couple who eat little, we couldn't even eat all the ingredients in the set, but we were able to bring in alcohol, fruit, etc.The bath was also large and I took my time. The color of the water was similar to that of oolong tea, but I wonder if it's some kind of hot spring? (I was planning to ask the staff, but I forgot.) Since it's reserved for private use, you can come in at any time, so we enjoyed it twice, once in the evening and once in the morning. It's an open-air bath, so be careful in case of rain.It was a little chilly that day, so I was able to sleep warmly with the electric blanket and heater inside the tent. In fact, I had the impression that it would be hot and painful to stay overnight in the summer...The next day was sunny and the temperature difference from the previous day was huge, but the inside of the tent felt like a steam bath.Homemade bread for breakfast is also very delicious! Grill to your liking on the BBQ stove. This breakfast was so voluminous that we couldn't finish it...The sea is right next to you, so it's great to sleep and eat while listening to the sound of the waves.I felt a bit lonely renting out the facility as a couple, so I thought I'd like to have fun with a group next time.
