I had fillet cutlet set meal and B lunch♪The fillet cutlet is as soft as you would expect!B Lunch's green onion salt is also a new discovery and I want to go back to try it again (^^)Due to the rice shortage, you can't get any refills of rice, but you can get refills of cabbage and miso soup.Is there a service where you get a large serving of rice first? I’m so happy ☺️The staff were also kind and courteous. The inside of the store is a little small, but the washrooms are clean and I highly recommend it!

I got hungry while walking around Sawara and decided to eat here. When I ordered the fillet cutlet set meal, a bowl of sesame seeds appeared immediately. Please rub it until the flavor comes out. When I started rubbing it, I couldn't figure out where to stop and stopped just before it turned into powder. After that, the set meal itself appeared. There are two types of sauce, sweet and dry, and salt and wasabi sauce? Please enjoy it.First of all, the cutlet is fried crispy, soft and delicious when served with a sweet sauce rich in ground sesame seeds!Next, the wasabi sauce was also very delicious. You can get free refills of cabbage and miso soup, and usually you can get free refills of rice, but on this day, due to the rice shortage, we weren't allowed to have refills of rice. The staff were bright, polite and gave me a good impression.

I went to Sawara for the first time in a while. The tonkatsu was delicious, but when I wiped my hands with the towel, there was a faint smell, so I had to wash my hands again (I think it's better not to use the towel)The shop was quite crowded and I was taken to a room on the second floor, but the river flow from the window was nice.

I wasn't expecting pork cutlet, but they also sold kushikatsu (called kushiage here) that was super soft and tasty, so I ordered a variety of them, and they all tasted great, but the pork, shiitake mushrooms, and onions were especially delicious! What’s unique is the carrot sauce. And the seasoned wasabi stem that came with the pork cutlet (?) was delicious! The pork cutlet sauce is also delicious.

It was a typical Japanese wooden inn. I had to climb a very narrow and steep staircase to get to my sleeping quarters on the second floor. I remember living in a house like this when I was young about 45 years ago, so it brought back memories. May 2013.
