This APA hotel has the quality of a motel in an unsafe area overseas. I felt terrible. When you enter the room, you are greeted by the smell of aging, and the smell and dust.Nail chips were found on the bedding, the back of the bedboard was covered in dust and fragments of snack food bags, and a few hairs stuck to the inside of a paper cup in the bathroom. There were marks left on the LCD TV screen that looked like a mysterious liquid had adhered to them, which was disgusting and frightening, and I was in pain throughout my stay.I reported the situation to the front desk staff the next morning and confirmed it again after I returned, but no improvements had been made. Is there a lackadaisical management system that is compromising on inbound demand? Or is the hotel staffed only by part-time workers?Although it is advertised as JAPAN PRIDE, it is only APA PRIDE.

The staff was VERY rude. Request 1000¥ to do check-in 30 minutes before 3pm. I stayed (many) other hotels in Japan and also APA and this never happen...

This is the hotel I stayed at on my first trip to Fukuoka.It was close to Hakata Station, and the staff were very friendly, so it was a pleasant trip. ^^It's clear and clean.あとで また きます。😊

I travel a lot for business, so I stay at hotels all over the place, so I think this is a harsh opinion.The room is clean, but the places that you can see are neatly cleaned.The paid breakfast is a system where you can choose Western food, Japanese food, or grilled meat.All of them are pretty average.The grilled meat is edible. I don't have one, so I don't know. There are two laundry machines, but they are always in use and one is out of order. I would like them to repair it or increase the number of laundry machines as soon as possible.

The good thing is that it's clean and tidy. The location is close to the station and there are restaurants nearby, but it's quiet.I think it would be nice if the amenities were a little more complete. There was mold behind the bathroom sink. I was confused by the different prices for the same room next door depending on the reservation site. I was a little worried because there was no one at the front desk.

Not recommended. There were so many aparthotels, and when I looked at them on Google Maps when I arrived, I was directed to and walked to countless places, so I felt very sorry for them. I do not recommend APA hotels. From now on, I don't want to use any other APA hotels in the country. You walked for two hours. His wife was also angry.

To help out one night but no more. Breakfast not very varied and it is a restaurant next to the hotel. My family didn't like it at all. I have the free movie offer on TV and even manga other than that it was meh!!!! …

After seeing how good the hotel in Hachioji was, I stayed in Kyushu again a week later, but there was a little dust on the shelf above the bed in the guest room, and the explanatory sticker for the water supply in the bathroom was peeling off.I've contacted the front desk staff to see if you have any concerns, so I think it's okay now as it's important to think about the guests who will be staying with us next time, but I hope the prestigious APA Hotel will continue to do its best. We look forward to working with you again. Thank you 😊

Stayed in a compact hotel room not far from the train station and close to a convenience store in mid-January 2024. My friend in the next room mentioned it was very cold and the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted, but I found it comfortable to sleep in with no worries. The room was small, as expected in a Japanese hotel.

If you live in APA hotels before, you know how similar they are. This one is no exception either. This one is actually not very close to the Hakata train station though. It's about a 10mins walk, so if you are carrying your luggage, expect some good hustle. It's very close to a bookoff, and a few famous ramen restaurants though. It is not very close to subway stations either. About 8mins walk. Other than that, it's quite a good hotel.

When I called to change the number of nights, I was told, ``Please cancel and then reschedule.'' I asked if I could make a reservation even if I canceled, and they said, ``It's okay.'' However, after canceling and re-booking, I couldn't make a reservation anymore...worst.

I'm satisfied just by sleeping!However, compared to other APAs, the service is overwhelmingly lacking.There is no public bath. Basically everything is self-service.Cleaning of the room is a bit inadequate.There were a few hairs (chilly) in the bathtub.Above all, it feels moldy in places...Even though the yen is weak, I think Japanese quality is based on politeness, so even though the number of foreign tourists has increased, I think the tourism industry should have a policy in place.Breakfast is not a buffet, but a style where you choose from three set meals.I chose Japanese food, but the overall taste was strong.Maybe you could cut back on the salt a little bit.Miso soup is white miso.As someone who lives in Kyoto, it reminded me of New Year's and was delicious.The staff in charge of breakfast were polite and we had a pleasant breakfast from the morning.Although not all of the staff at the front desk of the hotel are very clerical, and there is no hospitality at all.It's a shame because my previous APAs in Yokohama and Fukui were good.The rooms are standard apartments.
