I asked for breakfast service, but it didn't arrive even after an hour.When I contacted the front desk, it seemed like I was in the wrong room. I was told that I would start making them. I get stressed out because there are so many omissions.An additional 10% was charged as a "service charge" which is not available at other hotels.I think they should have added it to the price from the beginning.It's hard to understand. It feels more expensive than nearby hotels.I had to call the staff because I couldn't use VOD.It's my first experience.Also, there is no dinner service that often comes with overnight stays.It comes with some light snacks, but it's just warmed frozen side dishes, so it's not very filling.The electronic pot has a small capacity of 0.8 liters, so it is inconvenient to have to refill the water many times.There are almost no member benefits for the first time, so it's tough for first-timers as they can hardly benefit from it.It's a shame because the quality has deteriorated considerably compared to the previous chapel.

Fun and gimmicky exterior, but the fun stop there. Room smell so much like cigarettes you cannot breathe. This place will kill libido faster than it takes to spell “Christmas”

My sister highly recommends this place! ! Please come and try it! ! I was reminded of this, so I made a reservation and went with my boyfriend. It's a cute hotel that looks like it's going to look good on Instagram, and the rooms are so cute. That's what I said.I went in with my boyfriend, but there were some things I was worried about. The first one isThere was a hole in the wall, and the second one was where the sofa's skin was damaged.The third one was a bit too much for us non-smokers, but it smelled like cigarettes.Other than that, it was a nice hotel with no issues. I hope you will be able to help me again.

I use it all the time. It's cheap and I like it!As others have said, the price and service can be a bit overwhelming if it's your first time...It's a bit of a shame that the free food menu has less variety than before, and there are only things that don't seem to cost much and don't really fill your stomach.The front desk is very friendly and it looks like an old hotel, so it's not very clean, but it's okay.I want all rooms to have water servers🥺

I won't tell you the room number, but in the room on the 5th floor, the doorknob in the bathroom was broken and the door wouldn't close properly...The door opened a little, so I had to be careful about the gap when using the shower, which was a hassle.It was a shame because the room was clean and easy to use.

The prices are quite high and the service for first-time customers is rubbish. Even though I was staying at a business hotel, I didn't receive morning service or a welcome drink, so I was staying without meals at a business hotel. (I would like an explanation in advance from the front desk. If there was, I would not have stayed.)Christmas is just about the outside, and the inside is normal, so if you go there expecting something like Christmas, you'll end up regretting it.Furthermore, the bathroom mirror was so dirty that I couldn't see anything, and the room smelled of cigarettes.Also, although the price is the same for all rooms, some rooms have a water server and some don't, and in rooms that don't have one bottle of mineral water for your convenience. (In the first place, there is one for a hotel where two people are supposed to stay together lol)Even though it's a love hotel that costs over 10,000 yen per stay, the service was so poor that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone (especially someone staying at a hotel in this group for the first time).

I went in because the concept was Christmas, but the room was small and there were only a few modest decorations, so it didn't have a Christmas feel at all, it was just an ordinary love hotel.The bathroom and washroom were also as small as a business hotel.Regarding membership, the official website says that you can use it from the first time, but the correct way is to receive a membership card in your room and then present it to the front desk for the first time. It was a system that was difficult to understand, as anything from the second time onwards was treated as the first time.I realized this after entering the room, so I couldn't use the member benefits or even the Happy Hotel coupons, so I was just staying at a business hotel without meals.I will never come to this hotel or group again.Also, there is a discrepancy between the information on the website and the information posted in the room, so I don't think anyone would use a hotel like this, but if you do come, I strongly recommend that you double-check by phone. .

I've used it several times and the rooms are always clean and spotless.I have stayed at other love hotels, but this one is reasonably priced and I personally love it so much that I won't go back to any other hotel.However, if you use the heater in your room in the winter, the air will dry out and you will have to replenish water many times, so it would be nice to have a humidifier.

Some rooms have a water server and some don't.In rooms without one, only one bottle of mineral water is provided.Basically, one for each facility used by two people... I guess it's just a service... then a server would be better.There are no vending machines at the hotel, so I recommend buying drinks.

It seems like it has changed to Best Delight so I came here. However, although the website says that you can receive member benefits from the same day, when I checked after entering the room, I found that only some of the benefits that were supposed to be available from the same day were available.I can only say it's a shame that the free food and member discounts were only available from the second time onwards.There are other places that offer good service, so I think it's okay to offer food while offering discounts.I was a little disappointed because I didn't expect to receive many member benefits that are unique to Best Delight.As other people have written, I was concerned that the bathroom was a little small.
