【access】This business hotel is located a 7-minute walk from JR Makuharihongo Station and Keisei Makuharihongo Station.In reality, I think it took just over 10 minutes, as I walked while dragging my suitcase.Although it only departs from the hotel, there are 5 morning shuttle buses to the station and Makuhari Messe, so you can use that bus on your way back.The location is convenient for visiting Makuhari Messe and Disney.Parking at hotels near Makuhari usually costs around 1,000 yen per night, so the fact that parking is free is very attractive. (Accommodates 30 cars, if full, use nearby paid parking lot)There is also a convenience store nearby so it is convenient.[Conference room]Approximately 30 people used desks in the conference room on the first floor.The space can accommodate up to 42 people, or 54 people if only chairs are arranged.There were no particular problems and I was able to use it comfortably.【room】I used a single room. The bed was wide enough to co-sleep with a 0 year old. Although the space is 13.4㎡, it can't be called large, but it was clean and comfortable.【meal】I stayed here with a dinner banquet included. There was a large amount of izakaya menu items such as sashimi and fried chicken, and they were all delicious.Breakfast is a set menu, but you can get any refills of rice, so I had a lot of it in the morning.[Large bath]It was very attractive that there was a large public bath and sauna! I was able to use it slowly and relieve the fatigue from the training.【staff】Everyone responded politely.

I had some business to do in Makuhari, so I stayed there without meals for one night and two days.It was a little far away, about 50 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station.The customer service at the front desk was very polite, but I was disappointed that there was water stains on the cup that was placed with the toothpaste in the guest room, and there was something like dust on the futon.The hot spring was simple, consisting of a bath, a washing area, a sauna, and a cold bath, but I was very satisfied.It was a bit noisy when I slept at night because there was a highway nearby, but there were disposable earplugs in the room, so I was able to sleep without worrying too much.It was nice to be able to borrow various things such as smartphone chargers and mirrors by calling the front desk.The return time was set, but there was a free shuttle bus and it was comfortable.Although it was a short trip of two days and one night, I was able to make it a good trip. thank youThis is a personal topic, but I really like the sweet smell of the clothes storage area near the entrance.

I used it at a Makuhari Messe event.I like saunas, so I can go to events after feeling refreshed!The temperature of the sauna room is over 90 degrees, and the water is cool and comfortable.The rooms are a bit old, as others have commented. There is no washlet.

The price was very high since I was staying on a tour, but I think it's worth it if you're paying a normal price.The receptionist worked in a calm manner, so I was able to check in and check out smoothly.Although the location of the hotel is not that convenient, we were told that there is a free bus to Makuhari every morning.I was satisfied with the large public bath because the hot water was good and it was kept clean. It was good.I was supposed to set a wake-up call on my phone, but it never rang at the scheduled time. I don't know if there's something wrong with the time setting on my phone, but I shudder to think that I hadn't set the alarm on my smartphone. I don't think wake up calls can be trusted.The 9th floor is a smoking room, so if you don't smoke, you may want to ask for a change.It was an old building overall.It can't be helped because of the location that I could see a love hotel and a highway from the window, but it was pretty awkward when I went shopping at night.However, I was able to sleep comfortably, so thank you very much.

I was on a business trip, but the price seems to go up several thousand yen when there is an event at Makuhari Messe, so on days when there is nothing going on, the price is about 6,000 yen.The regular price is cheap, but the event price seems a little expensive.Personally, I found it to be extremely beautiful.You probably won't get sick, but you won't want to live there.All the staff were nice.

I often stay here on business trips.Accommodation costs are about 1,500 yen cheaper than the nearby Maple Inn, and parking is free here, so if you can tolerate the disadvantages listed below, you can save a total of 2,500 yen.Personally, I find it painful to be forced to wear earplugs.I have no choice but to stay overnight because I have to work.[Good points]The reception staff are courteous.Free parking available.[Bad points]There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.No washlet.The hotel is located along the highway, so rooms facing the highway are noisy all night long.There are disposable earplugs in the room, so it's noisy, but please put them on and put up with it.There is a wifi gacha.Some rooms don't have wifi at all.
