The best hotel out of the 3 hotels our travel agency booked us in. Just a few steps away from 7-11, Don Quijote, and a ramen bar. 15-17mins away from the nearest mrt station. Clean and spacious room and T/B.

Worst hotel in all respects. Idiots at the front desk. Bad service. Full of employees who are foreigners. I can't hear what they're talking about. Breakfast is bad. Even if it's instant food, please replace it with proper food. The public bath is always out of order. The elevator is stinky. The lobby is stinky. The employees are stinky. The worst of everything. It's better not to go. It's okay

I think a lot of people get confused about where to park if it's their first time, but other than that, I think it's a decent hotel!

I often come to Chiba on business trips.Stayed in a bay view twin room on the 16th floor.I chose this hotel because it was about 3,000 yen more expensive than other major business hotels and had a good location.honest opinionThe view from the large window was great as you could see the night view of Chiba. It's not as impressive as the view from a high-rise, but it's worth the price and I'm satisfied. The whole hotel had an old, retro feel, the hot springs were lukewarm, and I was disappointed that there was only a dry sauna for men and a mist sauna for women. The carpet is peeling and the furniture looks old, but it's been cleaned well and there's no discomfort. The cooler is an old machine, the remote control is a strange type that I've never seen before, and it doesn't work very well. The bed was not very comfortable due to the cheap mattress, and my back hurt. There aren't many restaurants around, so I moved to the area around Higashi-Chiba Station. It costs about 1400 yen by taxi.
