I stopped by after visiting Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. On the way there, I saw soba noodles being made by hand, so I followed my desire to try both eel and soba noodles, but the soba noodles were not the same thickness and the soup stock had a strong soy sauce flavor. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either. Soba is delicious when freshly made, so I want to encourage you to do your best! I want the eel bowl to be topped with a little more sauce! This is my preference...

I had a sauce cutlet bowl at the restaurant. The two thin cutlets tasted like they were fried in lard, and the sauce was delicious. It's not Worcestershire sauce like Aizuwakamatsu, but it's a slightly sweeter sauce, so it might suit people from the Kanto region.

Five of us went there at noon on a holiday, and it seemed to be crowded, so we entered the store and waited, but at first there was no one to say ``Welcome.'' He didn't say a word even when he passed in front of me. …
