I reserved a regular single room, but was given a special room right next to the elevator room.I immediately contacted the front desk and asked, ``Can you hear the elevator in this room?'' "...", so I asked them to change the room. The room I was given had a good view of the rotary in front of the station, so I was satisfied with that.Even though I had made a reservation from the official website several months in advance, I was unfortunately assigned a room with no view and where I could hear the sound of the elevator...I think most customers don't want a room next to the elevator, so I think it's better to get a discount and book a room with a reason.I wrote the above information in the guest survey on the official website, but I received no response from the hotel...Other Toyoko Inns respond politely to the questionnaire every time...It was very disappointing.

I felt that one female staff member was not speaking at full capacity when answering the phone.I would like to receive thorough training in the future, both as a member of society and as a front desk worker at a hotel.

The location is very good. You can experience taking the light rail. There are few people around the hotel and it is quiet. There are supermarkets and ports nearby. It is suitable for walking at night. It is also close to Chiba Station. It is a highly recommended accommodation.

It's not entirely the hotel's fault, but there aren't any food shops around. There's so little that you can't believe it's in front of the station...

Born in Yahagi-cho, Chiba City. I still love Chiba. Until high school, I lived in Chiba until I was 18. It's hard to choose just one place to go to right now, but I want to live in Chiba Port! There are so many people in Tokyo's 23 wards, it's no good! ️I want to head to Chiba now. I want to leave Akabane Toyoko Inn East Exit Wawa with someone. I'd really like to drive there, but I can't drive right now, so I'd really like to drive once I get to Chiba. I want to gradually get used to it from the moment I get off the Makuhari Interchange. From there, turn right and follow the coast for about 60km.I want to drive a car with a capacity of 2000cc or more. Someone with power, I don't know what it is, but it has good acceleration, medium to low speed, white or blue🟦! ,

It's right in front of Chiba Minato Station, but there aren't many trains and there's no downtown area, so it's quiet and in an excellent location. There is no soundproofing on the doors or walls, so even though it's quiet outside, the sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms are more noticeable. There are almost no restaurants around, and there is a convenience store and a small supermarket at the station, so it was not an inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious, but I felt that the flow of people around the venue was poor due to the compactness of the venue. There was food at the beginning, but there was no bread...I got side dishes and drinks along the flow line, and the bread was placed at the end of the counter at the end. At first, I didn't realize that I didn't have any bread, and I regretted piling on so much rice, saying, "I'm disappointed (´・ω・`)" (lol) I would appreciate it if you could leave the staple food as a staple food. There are also take-out containers, so some people may take their food back to their rooms. All the staff were polite and made my stay comfortable.
