There is a difference in the way the proprietress of this inn treats first-time customers and regular customers. You could say you choose your customers...Even though we stayed for several nights at the spa, the breakfast was disappointing for some reason, but in exchange, the staff was kind enough to answer the phone calls for the regulars who contacted us during our stay, who must have come frequently. That's wonderful. What's more, when I made a reservation over the phone, it seems that the person's last name and mine were the same, so I was mistaken for that person, and when they realized we were not the same person, they toned it down. It's obvious. It's a good thing that she's cheerful and cheerful, but the landlady's free-spirited attitude pushed her down, and she acted as if we weren't even there, so we had to worry about her from beginning to end. This was a shame because the inn and hot springs were very nice.It was a weekday and it was just us and the family, so we were able to make a good comparison.I have stayed at many different inns, and no matter how old the inn is, the hospitality of the hostess alone can fill my heart and add color to my trip.My opinion may be in the minority, but meeting people is a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. This may be the most important thing for an inn, more than the cleanliness of the inn.

I have used it several times. At this time of year, you can see carp streamers from the window, and the sound of the river and the scenery are relaxing. The bath is available for private use 24 hours a day, and there is also a hot spring steam sauna, so it might be perfect for sauna lovers. The food was delicious and plentiful, and I had the dessert in the morning ♥ The smell of grilled meat stuck to my clothes was a bit of a problem, but I thought each person would get two bath towels, but they changed to new towels after the meal, which made me feel attentive. . It's always spring, so I'd like to try the dishes from different seasons.

🛏️FacilitiesRoom: It’s a classic Japanese style room. Dining and sleeping are in different rooms. Although they are right across the door, there are still some problems.Hot spring bath: The hot spring is a private hot spring (not in the room), with a separate hot spring room. The hot spring room has shelves, washbasins, etc., and the facilities are very complete. The temperature of the natural hot spring is very high, 98℃, so you need to put cold water in it yourself. In addition, there is a sauna room in the hot spring room, which is small but beautiful!Surroundings: It is in the hot spring street like a paradise. There are almost no people, but there is a clean information desk and public toilets (laughs). The hot spring street is not big and can be walked in ten minutes. When it rains, the stream is gurgling misty and misty, which creates a unique artistic conception. , it feels even more beautiful than a sunny day.Others: It should be mentioned that this hotel only receives three groups of guests every day, so you will hardly meet other people when you come in and out, eat and bathe. It can be said to be very quiet and comfortable, perfect for family travel or just relaxing alone. All are said to be very good choices.🙍🏻‍♀️ServiceThe landlady has a very nice attitude and is very enthusiastic. Even though I speak very limited Japanese and my mother can't speak a word of Japanese, she will patiently explain every matter to us.Our suitcases were wiped at the entrance. After we filled out the registration form and selected our yukata, the landlady went upstairs to show us the room and hot spring bathing area, introducing us to the use of keys, hot and cold hot spring treatments, etc. The tatami mats were laid out in advance. No need to do it yourself. When we checked out, we were going to take a bus at the bus station across the river. Since it was raining lightly outside, the landlady drove us there. All in all, she is a very warm boss lady~🍚MealsThere are three dinner sets to choose from on Jalan (meat/horse meat sashimi/wine-based). I chose the horse meat sashimi set among them. After all, it is a famous specialty here~There are a total of 12 dishes for dinner, including staple food, sashimi, barbecue, desserts and wine. There are quite a lot of things, and we eat from 18:30 to 20:00. Breakfast was also great (although I didn’t count how many dishes)The proprietress said their cuisine is Michelin-level. Although there are some things that we are not used to eating, we can really feel the care that goes into them! !💰PriceRoom price for two people, including breakfast and dinner, is 40,000 yen/night300 points for using jalan app = 300 yen offHowever, according to Japanese regulations, hot spring hotels have to pay a bathing fee. This hotel is 150 yen per person. So the final cost after addition and subtraction is 40,000 yen (equivalent to nearly 2,000 RMB)🚘TransportationWe took a direct bus from Fukuoka, which was quite convenient!Buy your tickets online in advance. The journey is from 14:03 Hakata Bus Terminal to 16:07 Tsudate. You can get off the bus and walk for 1 minute to reach the hotel. There is a restroom on the bus. After checking out, we took a direct bus to Aso Volcano. No reservation is required for the bus. The bus ride is 10:45 Tsudate - 12:08 Aso Station.

First, the plan title on the reservation site has changed. What is “Basashi NG”? I thought it wasn't "No Good", but apparently that's how it was written. …

Amazing stay! I went there yesterday along with my husband and in-laws. This place has sufficient parking by the building. The host was very friendly and she tried to explain all details to us tho we don’t speak Japanese well. The room was clean and tidy. And the private bath was amazing. Very hot and also provide a steam room. The host even helped to adjust the temperature so make it more lukewarm. And I must admit the dinner she had prepared for us was nicely curated and the portion was very generous. We were so full by the end of the night and went to bed right away. Breakfast was amazing too and she also served us some tasty dessert. 10/10 experience overall.
