It is a very large hotel with the largest number of rooms in Japan, and some rooms have ocean views. If you want to enjoy the appropriate value of a very large business hotel, this place seems better.

The hotel feels a little old, but it's okay. It's a bit far from the station, but there are convenience stores and restaurants, so it might be good for a change of pace.I like saunas, but if you're unlucky, there will be days when you won't be able to use the sauna in the morning because the baths are switched between men and women on even and odd days, and some baths are closed to the public in the morning (I was one of the unlucky ones). )The only thing I can praise highly is the view from the rooms on the higher floors. I had a room facing the sea, which was great.

Even though I checked in around 6pm, I was surprised that there were so many garbage bags in the hallway and the cleaning staff was still cleaning other rooms. The room smelled of cigarettes and was dusty. The smell was so bad that I tried to use an air purifier, but the air purifier itself was covered in dust and was unusable. The yukata smelled of cigarettes and made me feel uncomfortable at all, and the unit bath had too much red mold...I was prepared to some extent because I had booked the room on a ``Rule of Service'' option, but I didn't expect it to go this far. Also, I knew that the elevator was under construction, so I left the room early, but I still had to wait 30 minutes before I could get on it.The location and the front desk staff were nice, but it was the worst place to stay. Not recommended. .

It takes about 10 minutes from Kairin Makuhari Station. It's not difficult to find the way. But it's far from the city center. It is best suited solely for going to Disney resorts. If you plan to spend a lot of time in downtown Tokyo, this hotel is not for you. However, it may be suitable for trips centered around Disney resorts. The services inside the hotel are good. There are various restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi is on the third floor. The discount rate is the same.Above all, the large public baths on the 1st and 4th floors are very nice. I definitely recommend going every day.The large public baths are separated for men and women, and the later it is, the more people there are, so be careful. There is a vending machine in the bathhouse, so you can drink milk. (White milk, banana, strawberry, chocolate)The room was very dusty and the air quality was not good. It was frustrating because the window did not open. Towels and pajamas are provided at the door every day, but the room is not cleaned. I stayed for 3 days, but the room was never cleaned. It was difficult because the trash can was overflowing. It takes about 40-1 hour to get to Disney, so it's not that accessible in my opinion. It takes about the same time as departing from Ginza. However, it is worth considering as the cost is reasonable compared to hotels.
