Due to unfortunate circumstances that I had to travel to Japan, the ease of access to the airport and the hospital, my brother and I settled at this great place. 張本奉裕-San is amazing, he helped us thru the process of checking in and he was always providing help when we needed, and he was extremely flexible with working with us at our most difficult time.I am forever grateful to the people here, and the place is nice, clean and in a great area - with ease of access to great place to eat and nice neighborhood to walk around

I stayed for about a week, and the room and kitchen were big, clean, had lots of towels, it was quiet, and everything was great without any shortcomings!!The pick-up system at the airport was also satisfactory and good.

I stayed here for my child's university entrance ceremony.There are no hotels near Kozunomori Station, and I found out about it because it was listed on Google Maps.Since I was going by car, I made a reservation by calling in advance to confirm whether the parking lot was free and whether I would be able to stay without it being full.It reminds me of condominiums overseas.It had everything I needed, and I was surprised that although it was an old building, it was very clean, there was no mold in the water area, and there was no dust in the room, so I thought it was very well kept. Ta.However, are there many long-term residents? There was someone cooking in the room and the smell was leaking out.Well, it's only for a short time, but I can smell it...All communication was via email, and they responded quickly and were very helpful.There are only stairs left.If you know that there is no elevator, you might be able to get a lower floor in advance.I have bad knees and had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor, so it was quite difficult.The location is very difficult to find, but they emailed me in advance with detailed instructions on the entrance and how to get in, so I didn't have any problems.Anyway, the building is old, but it had all the home appliances, was easy to charge, etc., and was very clean and nice.I'm very satisfied.

I really had a good time at the Service Apartment in Narita. The communication with Tomohiro and staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, kitchenette and especially for winter a working heating system. The interior is in a modern design although the guesthouse seems older. The price for the room was reasonable for the quality of the stay and I felt very comfortable and would definitely consider staying here again if I need a place to stay in Narita. I recommend this guesthouse for budget-friendly guests to have a comfortable and affordable stay nearby Narita airport. The Kozunomori station is a 15 min walk away. There are also shops in walking distance such as 7/11 and Lawson, coffees and food spots. Btw: If you ask in advance there is a lift to the next station available.
