I stayed at Oshio no Akari in the mountains of Ukiha City. The unspoiled scenery that can be seen from the terrace is truly moving and makes you feel empty. You can spend your time quietly as it is unmanned. The rooms are spacious, so it's perfect for hanging out with friends and family.

Stayed in October 2021. Although the accommodation fee is high, I took advantage of the city's accommodation campaign for residents of Fukuoka Prefecture and was able to stay there at an exceptional price. Since the whole building is reserved, you can spend a relaxing time with your family, and you can feel safe during the coronavirus pandemic. There was no contact with the owner, and the check-in process was a little troublesome, but there were no particular problems. There is no curfew and you are free to go out. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a fun day relaxing on Yogibo, watching YouTube and NetFelix on the 85-inch 4K LCD TV, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi. It was fully equipped with a drum-type washer/dryer, cooking utensils, and tableware, allowing the family to enjoy villa life without any inconvenience.

I stayed with my family of 4, and overall we were satisfied. It was private and clean, and I didn't have to worry about coming into contact with other people. The owner and the staff in charge responded quickly and were very kind, and I felt that they were not business-like but friendly. The room was very spacious and the children were very happy, but since there were no partitions or doors between the living room, the kitchen, and the Japanese-style room, it was difficult to put the younger child to bed first while the older child spent time in the living room. So we all ended up sleeping together. There is a step between the Japanese-style room and the living room, so I have to keep an eye on small children who are still having trouble managing emergencies, so I thought I'd like to visit again when my youngest child is about 3 years old.

I think it's very good for families with small children because the room is spacious.I felt that consideration was given to the fact that the corners of the tables had sponges that would prevent children from getting hurt even if they hit their heads or faces. Thanks to the drum-type washing machine, you can wash and dry your dirty clothes and underwear before taking them home.It is said that up to 10 people can stay, but there is almost no private space, so I felt it would be difficult unless you were in a very close group or family. If it's less than 20,000 yen for a room without meals, I'd give it 4 stars.

I was a little late for check-in. When I contacted them, they welcomed me and I was grateful. The room is clean and the view from the room is great. If I have a chance, I would like to come again with my friends.
