This was my first time using a guesthouse facility. This time I stayed with my family.Because of my job, I use a lot of hotels and inns, but after going around the area, I realized that staying in a guesthouse is a great option. The family that runs it is very warm-hearted and I am grateful to them for giving me such a wonderful experience. In addition to my family, there was one other person staying overnight, but it seemed like they were regulars, so it made sense. I guess there aren't many other people like that.We received a free hot spring ticket as a gift from the hostel. (You can choose from several locations. It depends on the location.) I think Nagayu and Shichirida are some of the most famous hot springs. There are many hot spring facilities in the area, so we recommend you to try them out as well.

2023/11Although it is located a little off the main route, the food is reasonably priced and delicious.I got a free ticket to take a bath at Shichirita Onsenkan and went there. If you come by bike, the parking lot is unpaved and covered with gravel. The entrance is on a slope, so you need to be careful.

I used it the night before climbing Mt. Ofuna. It's about 10 minutes from the Imamizu trailhead, so it's in a great location for getting around in the morning.I got a ticket to Shichirita Onsen and took a bath for about 78 minutes. The dinner meal was very filling, home-cooked and delicious.Thank you for your consideration in preparing breakfast and lunch boxes.I want to stay there again soon♪

It was a good guesthouse according to the reviews.Although it does not come with a hot spring, you can receive a discount coupon for bathing at Shichirita Onsen, which is less than 10 minutes away by car. Also, the quality of this hot spring is good.Dinner started with a small bowl of wild vegetables and pickles, salt-grilled yamame trout, 100g of beef steak, assorted tempura, dessert, rice, soup, and homemade dishes that were delicious and satisfying.Breakfast was Japanese only with a few side dishes, rice, and miso soup, but it was good.Alcohol: Excellent selection of shochu. There is also a menu to compare drinks, and we are happy to be able to make rare local shochu. We have a wide range of other items besides shochu.Since this is a guest house, unlike inns and hotels, you will have to purchase toothbrushes and towels, so it is better to bring your own.Yukata and haori are available. There is also wifi. The inside of the hotel is clean, and the landlady and her son and his wife are kind and very comfortable.I thought it was a good stay.On the day of the event, some customers came back for the third time, proving its popularity. This is the mirror of the guest house.

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. The main meat is tender and super delicious. On the second day, the body part was changed. I also received a discount coupon for a nearby Shimonyu bath. This is a recommended accommodation for those going to Nagayu Onsen.

I stayed here on a solo trip. I chose it because it had higher reviews than Nagayu Onsen. The couple and their son were very nice, and it was quiet and relaxing. Especially the river fish was delicious. Is the nearby Shichirita Onsen also brown? Warbler color? It was a hot spring with a wonderful open-air bath.It seems like a lot of mountaineers stay there, but I recommend it to everyone!

Truly a hidden gem! The best traditional Japanese guesthouse I have been to. If you travel by private car and looking for a place to stay near Mt. Taisen/Kuju, this is the place. We booked thru facebook chat and the host responded within a day.The room is sparkling clean. The food is homemade Japanese style. (The beef steak is incredible) The highlight is that the host will response to your needs. He can recommend hiking plans and attraction points. I would say this is English-friendly guesthouse. We stayed 2nights and wouldn’t want to leave. Thank you to welcome us to your home!
