Day use for 2 hoursBring clothes that you don't mind getting covered in hair to change into the cat room, orYou can also rent clothes for around 300 yen.bring your own socksThere may not be any larger clothing sizes.You can bring your camera, butDo not use lenses that stretch, as they may trap hair.Regarding day usePlease call Shintama Ryokan directly and ask.There may be days when I don't do it.There are also other precautions.I would like cat lovers to go there at least once.

I visited you for the first time yesterday. I arrived after 4pm, changed clothes immediately, and did the 1 hour cat time course. As soon as the cat enters the room, it will come to you. I guess they are very familiar with people.However, after 15 minutes, the cats probably got tired of me and went into normal mode lolAfter that, the cat that I had been interested in from the beginning came to my lap and stayed with me until the end, which made me happy (о´∀`о)♡After the cat time, we soaked in a slightly hot natural hot spring and had a delicious tempura bowl set for dinner.I'm very short-sighted, so it's very helpful that the hot springs come with private keys. I was also impressed by the bright and friendly proprietress and the courteous customer service of the host.

First time in Beppu . This ryokan is 20 minutes walk from Beppu station . Very quiet neighborhood, the first family mart is at 10 minutes . So not that convenient . …

The host are very helpful, friendly and polite. The hot spring is awesome when you may enjoy it with a river view. The breakfast is nice too. Also, the homely inn is highly recommended for cats lovers. Just a mindless thing is that the host only speak Japanese but now the technique of translation is user friendly.

I used it for an overnight stay the other day.I am grateful for letting me stay at an inn where about 90 rescued cats live. During the one-hour petting session, after changing, the landlady explained the precautions to take when petting the pet, and after the petting session, she used a roller to thoroughly remove the hair before leaving the room. The tatami mats in the room were also made of a special type, which made it difficult to get dirt and hair and was easy to clean.Even though there are quite a lot of rescue cats living here, they are well cared for and I can see that they are cared for and I am humbled. After staying there, there was a live broadcast on YouTube, so I couldn't stop watching it.I would like to provide support behind the scenes so that all cats can live happily. I will stay again.thank you for helping me.

I've been interested in this place for a while, and since they were running a lodging campaign in Oita Prefecture, I decided to stay there. You will need to change clothes when interacting with cats. The bath was big enough for two adults, but since it was a hot spring bath, it warmed me to the core and felt good. I stayed for 8,800 yen without meals, but the convenience store in front of the inn closes at 9 PM, so I recommend staying with meals or getting food at the convenience store before heading to the inn. think. Also, if you are leaving the ryokan early, I think it would be a good idea to check what you will do in advance. In my case, it was pitch dark at the entrance, so I didn't know if I should leave quietly, so I woke my husband up on the phone in the room. Now, for the main part where you can interact with the cats, you will be guided to a room where you can interact with them, but since that room is being streamed on YouTube 24 hours a day, I was told that I could be photographed, so I was asked if I was interested. I thought that the moment I sat down, the two cats jumped on my lap and stayed there for a long time unless I tried to move.As I watched them lovingly, I realized that I could watch the videos on YouTube. I forget about my camera.
