Big hotel with super big complex facilities. We stayed in a Business Class suite which is spacious and very comfortable. The room was really clean with a really nice view. A very good alternative place to stay instead of Tokyo.

We used it for sightseeing around Narita on our wedding anniversary! We had a plan that included a breakfast buffet only on weekdays, so we could really relax, and there was also a plan that allowed us to use the on-site hot spring facility, so it became one of our very fond memories! The breakfast buffet also offers [What is a standard breakfast? ] It was a simple dish that was easy to eat for men and women of all ages.I felt that the shuttle bus from Narita Station was a little inconvenient, so I checked in using the local bus because the time was not right.

I booked this hotel so I could be close to Narita airport , for leaving the next day. It’s 35 min away from airport(I thought it was closer). They offer a very convenient bus transfer to airport at specific schedule, included with your stay. I was planning to use the pool and Onsen and relax, but all the amenities were closed and abandoned. The hotel has a rundown vibe. The room was very nice.

The accommodation smelled and there was no soundproofing at all, so the voices from the room next door seemed to be running right next to me.The bathroom amenities and cleaning condition were good, but the water pressure was too strong and a lot of water splashed out.Room lighting was dark and there were not enough power outlets. The facilities are old and outdated. A lot of space wasted and inefficient movement lines. The bathroom is an inconvenient system. Long travel distance and complicated procedures. The amenities and restaurants in the bathhouse are Edo-concept, but overall they are childish and clumsy. Kids might like it. It's hard to believe that large hotels in Japan are of this standard.

I used it to visit Mt. Narita and Katori Shrine at the end of September 2024.The plan includes 1 night and 2 meals, and the main course of the night is all-you-can-eat crab.First of all, when we arrived, it was cold that day, so we couldn't go to the pool...so we went to Yuraku Castle, which is about a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, to take a hot spring bath.Since I was planning to stay from Sunday to Monday, Yuraku Castle wasn't that crowded. In addition, at the hotel reception desk, you will be told, ``If you order food or drinks at Yuraku Castle, the payment will be made at Yuraku Castle.'' ”.First, you enter, put your shoes in the shoe box, and leave the key at the front desk. After that, change into a yukata in a locked locker and go inside. However, since it was my first time visiting, I didn't know if I should bring my wallet or cell phone.I was like, ``What do I do with my wallet when I take a bath?'' 'I didn't bring it with me.But it's okay. There was also a locker with a key when taking a bath.I didn't understand, so it took me a second time lolInside Yuraku Castle, there is a small game center, table tennis, billiards, and other places to play.*An additional fee will be charged. Also, there are several places that are great for photos. There were also underground idol-like concerts and meals available...I guess if I had done it here, I wouldn't have needed a plan that included dinner. That's what I felt. However, I came for the main dish, crab, so I have no regrets.Next time I use it, I will only use it for breakfast.Next is the room, in one word it stinks! Maybe it's a musty smell from the cooler? It smelled really bad. I would like to see improvements here.→ Install an air purifier, etc. Or...it costs money, but you can either replace it or use a contractor to clean the air conditioner.Next is the toilet and bath. The stains and dirt were quite noticeable as it had been used for a long time. This may be a concern if you are concerned about cleanliness. What was a little better here was the toiletries, including 2 bottles of body wash and 2 soaps.I thought it was kind of cute lolNext was dinner, and I thought there was almost no difference other than the main dish, crab. The taste is also average. (Sorry for looking down)However, since it was an all-you-can-eat crab meal, my hands were soaked in crab juice. The only place to wash your hands is the toilet in front of the front desk. It was a bit of a hassle.About 10 kinds at the end of dinner? A small cake! This was also delicious and I had a variety of different desserts, so I went home satisfied at the end. There was nothing special about the breakfast, and the taste was delicious and I was satisfied. The people at the front desk were also very helpful and kind.▪️Good points・There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it's convenient for people who forget to buy drinks or are staying overnight without meals.・There is an ATM machine in front of 7-Eleven, so you can withdraw money.・Use of Yuraku Castle. The hot spring felt great!・It was cold so I couldn't go in, but you can use the pool for free. Also, the gym.・Free parking available. *It may not be free depending on the plan or date.・Bus service between hotels and Narita Airport, and between hotels and Narita City.▪️Bad points・Room smell・Dirty bathroom and toilet in the room・I would like the explanation at Yuraku Castle to be more detailed.・It would be nice if there was a hand-washing area nearby, since my hands get dirty from crabs and other things during dinner.・A little far from the hotel to Narita Airport (about 25 minutes by car)*Free shuttle bus is available.・A little far from the hotel to Mt. Narita (about 35 minutes by car)Those were my impressions.thank you very much.
