The room and unit bath are both very clean. I appreciate the water service, but it's nice to have coffee as well as instant tea. The toothbrush is great and I feel like it would be a shame to make it disposable.

Very helpful and kind staff! Room was spectacular!! 100000% will be staying here again when I return :) it's also right next to a 711 family mart and the chiba train station that will get you anywhere you need plus lots of restaurants and shopping here too

It's a beautiful building. Both the lobby and hallways have a faint aromatic scent. There are 11 parking spaces, but there is also a Times parking lot next door, so I think there is plenty of space. Furthermore, there is a parking lot about 30m away that costs 300 yen per night, so if you arrive late, this is a much better deal 🉐 I think the security is good as the elevator inside the building will not operate unless you hold your card key. Our room was on the second floor, but there was also a coin laundry. The room is also large enough for one person. You can store your suitcase under the bed. Although it's not pictured, there was a large full-length mirror, and there were plenty of hooks on either side of it to hang bags and other items, which was very convenient. The TV is also large screen. There are also plenty of amenities. The shower was nice with fine bubbles. I wanted to take a shower before bed and in the morning, so I asked the front desk for an extra bath towel, and they kindly provided one. There was also an outlet near the bed, which was convenient for charging my phone. Turn on the refrigerator and use it. I think it's eco-friendly. There was a plastic bottle of water in it.This time, I made a reservation on Agoda on the same day, but since it was late, I was able to get it at a much cheaper price. The fact that the glasses were paper cups made me feel safer about hygiene.

Location is very close to Chiba station which is very convenient. Close to 7-11 and Family Mart. There are also some local restaurants and bars. Close to Drug stores, supermarket, malls. Chiba park is a good walk nearby. The staff are very friendly and professional. The place is well maintained and clean.

I will stay there from September 5th to 7th. I didn't notice it on the first day, but I noticed a black substance stuck to the air conditioner vent. When I wiped it with a cloth, it turned out to be moldy❗Maybe because the cleaning staff were foreigners, they probably didn't see it. When the cold air was coming out, black objects were flying all over the place❗I called the front desk, but the man who listened seemed to be someone else's problem. I've been using APA hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a bad hotel❗I will never go there again.

The entire building is in good condition as it has only been open for a few years. The rooms are compact and undeniably small, but I think they have good circulation.Towels will be changed and cleaning will be done from the third night onwards.

This time I stayed overnight without meals.The APA hotel has a luxurious lobby and the rooms are not bad.There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't bothersome, and overall it was clean and comfortable.Occasionally, there would be loud thumping noises, perhaps from the person in the next room.At the time of check-in, I felt that the way the people at the front desk spoke was a little third-rate.It is recommended because you can stay at a cheap price.

The facilities are standard for an APA hotel. It's good to be close to the station. Wi-Fi is always around 30Mbps, which is not fast, but it can be used without any problems.What bothered me was the smell. The bathroom smelled quite musty. Also, the futon smelled a little musty.I used it in July, but the negative point was that there was no air conditioning in the room when I arrived and it was quite hot. There is no need to lower the temperature excessively, but I would like to have at least some air conditioning. It's not just a temperature issue, it's also a musty smell.Breakfast is a minimal buffet. It wasn't bad, but I didn't feel it was worth the 1,400 yen price. Since it's right in front of the station, I think it would be more cost-effective to have a breakfast set meal at a gyudon restaurant or a morning breakfast at a cafe.

The apa room is small as usual. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to chiba station with JR line, monorail, bus station, sogo, and Plaza with many restaurants. Unlike Tokyo, Chiba is a smaller and quieter city, a local Japanese non tourist city. The surrounding area is quieter after 8pm. Yet, Chiba is a transpotation hub which you can go to outlet mall in 30 minutes and sea world in 2hrs by direct bus. Monorail is another unique experience. You can have a birdeye view to look at the city, regional stadium, zoo, etc. Another way to appreciate Japanese engineering and city planning. The hotel also has luggage transportation service to the next apa hotel. That helps a lot. Monday to Friday, the restaurant in the hotel offers daily special set meals and beer. The server is super friendly. But since Chiba is not a popular tourist destination, only a few servers have English language skills.
