A very beautiful place with a beautiful garden right on the water.Services available such as massage, spa and catering.Downside to the room -> the air conditioning did not work, a lot of mosquitoes, the door did not close tightly, dirty bathroom because it is located outside

Great property with gorgeous grounds and right on the beach. Ample restaurant choices and dive shops right next door. And the beautiful reef with its BioRick Project, is right in front of you.The only problem was that the water pressure was a trickle and hardly ever hot. Worse, the AC was unreliable and there is no option to open windows because of the mosquitoes.

Medium size resort with similar cabins. The area is very clean and well maintained. The cabins have large terraces outside and a reasonably large lobby with reception. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean.

We spent two nights here, straight after our strenuous tours to Bromo & Ijen. It is the perfect place to relax and explore the underwater world in the area. The restaurant offers delicious Greek & local dishes. The staff even let us drink cocktails in the pool and were really happy about our orders. You sleep in beautiful bungalows with the opportunity to shower under the night sky.

Having already been 5 times in the past, we were thrilled to be back this year. Simple but charming Balinese style bungalows in a wonderful tropical garden, a wonderful swimming pool. Delicious simple family cooking in the restaurant. The Fresh fish was amazing. Such friendly staff, with great service. We will be back.

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed excellent breakfast and lunch here each day. There is snorkelling off the beach, a good pool, attractive garden and a relaxed vibe. Rooms cleaned daily, outside bathroom and shower which we loved. Good value for money.

This hotel has the potential to be great, but unfortunately there are several aspects that have been severely let down and not reflected accurately on the description.The pool has been drained and is undergoing renovations. This was not advertised on the website.The restaurant is closed and is undergoing renovations. This was not advertised on the website.The room we stayed in had an outdoor shower, with another 2 storey room next to it. The 2 storey room next door looked directly into our outdoor shower, meaning other guests can watch you shower in your bathroom.The staff had no change when paying for items at reception, and were not willing to go and get the change, and instead kept the money.In summary, if this hotel was fully functioning, it would be a good option and good locations, but unfortunately the inaccurate advertising means that you would be better choosing somewhere else.

It was a beautiful hotel, right by the sea with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bungalows were a bit dark but very comfortable and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open and the massage took place on your own bed in the bungalow. No snorkeling gear was provided either. There were lots of warungs in the area, the beach was really nice and a highlight was the coral reef right in front of the property. We would come back at any time.

We would have liked to extend our stay for two nights, but we had to travel back to the airport. :-)The hotel thrives on its courteous staff and the brilliant outdoor facilities. The facility is older, but emphasis is placed on cleanliness and order. The restaurant on the beach was being renovated during our stay - this was communicated early on and we were completely fine with it. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had one of the double rooms, next time we would rent the bungalow. However, these are more subtleties that do not cloud our positive impression. Very nice time in Pemuteran - thank you very much!
