This is a post from July 2023.Lately, I've been hooked on unmanned hotels because they're spacious and you can do whatever you want. This time, it was about 12,000 yen per night for a family of three.There is no parking lot right next door.It is within about 150 meters.It's about a 3 to 5 minute walk.This time I stayed on the second floor.The accommodation site I booked didn't mention the first or second floor.I chose the second floor because of the scenery outside the window.On the day I stayed, the first floor was also quiet.When you open the entrance door, you will see that it is divided into the first and second floors.To get to the second floor, take off your shoes on the first floor and go up the stairs.Open the electronic door key on the second floor.Please take a close look at the images in the manual that will be sent to you the day before for both the entrance key and the second floor door key.It didn't go well at first, but after trying a few times I was able to get it to work!The inside is stylish and beautiful.It's like renting a space about the size of a 1LDK model room apartment.I've often seen reviews saying that the cleaning is not thorough, but I think the reviews will be harsh for those who are looking for hotel quality such as sheets.It's better to think of it as if you were borrowing a friend's house.I think it's suitable for people who want to have fun with a large number of people, or who want a spacious room, cheap price, and a good location.There is a large store called Drugstore Mori within a 1-minute walk that sells alcohol, cold food, and ice cream until 24:00.7-Eleven is also within 1 minute away.We were on the fourth day of a week-long trip, and a run-down laundromat less than a minute's walk away came in handy. It's shabby, but it works properly.There was a washing machine and a clothesline in the room, but since I had to do a lot of laundry, I decided to use the coin laundry.The room doesn't have a dryer in the bathroom, so after washing, I put it out to dry in the room.All tableware and cooking utensils are available.It might be nice for everyone to get together for drinks.However, we recommend that large groups stay on the first floor.It says it can accommodate up to 8 people, but since there are only 3 of us, maybe they need more bedding? I think so, but if you leave it as is,There were two double beds for 4 people, and there were 2 sets of single bedding in the closet, so there were 2 people.There are 2 sofa beds for 2 people.The only bedding for the sofa bed seems to be a blanket. ←Maybe...The location of the blanket will be stated in the manual.If you want to stay with a large number of people, I think it's better to check in advance before making a reservation.Depending on the relationship between the 8 people, there may be insufficient accommodation such as bedding.I've written a lot of things here and there, but I'll use what I just experienced as a reference.Personally, I am very satisfied with the spacious, clean, convenient location and close proximity to Beppu Station.

I stayed here twice to visit hot springs in Beppu. Since I stayed on a weekday, I was able to enjoy a private space at a reasonable price. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. What I thought was the biggest benefit was that you could walk to about 10 municipal hot springs around this inn. I thought it was a very good location as it was within walking distance of downtown Kitahama. If there were people on the upper floors, you would hear footsteps, but other than that it was a very comfortable stay. However, the price increases surprisingly on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you use it on weekdays, I think you can get it at a very reasonable price.

It's clean and nice to have a drug store and convenience store nearby.It was nice that you could park your car for free nearby even if you rented a car.
