I went there as a couple on a trip. The part where the owner communicated through the Papago translator was quite impressive. I walked from Kinrin Lake to feel the atmosphere of Yufuin, and the male owner waited in front of the front gate and was so kind that he apologized for the distance from our ryokan. The owner noticed that we couldn't buy snacks at the convenience store because we were walking, so we were very grateful that he took us to the convenience store in his own car. I made a reservation through Jarannet and felt it was quite cheap at around 350,000 won for 2 people, including a private hot spring in the room, breakfast and dinner. I was so happy to be able to enjoy the hot springs 24 hours a day. I was very grateful that they took me to Yufuin Station by car when I checked out and even brought me a gift. 100% intention to revisit

Please translate and communicate with Papago.Kaiseki starts at 5:45It was convenient that breakfast was notified via an extension phone starting at 8 AM. It was nice to have a hot spring inside the room, it had a bidet, and the staff were very friendly. We also provide a pick-up service when checking out.I really recommend it.

It was a very kind accommodation. They were very welcoming and considerate, and I was able to spend a really comfortable time. You can freely enjoy the hot springs in the indoor and outdoor baths. You can eat meals in your room, and the portions are plentiful.Google Maps will direct you to a narrow road just before you arrive, but you can arrive by turning around instead of entering the narrow road.

The owner was very kind and the staff were friendly. Dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Above all, the hot spring water quality was well managed, and the blankets were thick and warm. Yukata placed in the accommodation? It was fun to wear! I plan to stop by here again next time I travel. The warm sake and sour plums were delicious! However, taking a hot spring bath after drinking can be taxing on the body. Thanks to you, I had a good rest! It was fun~ It’s a place you can enjoy the whole time without leaving the accommodation.

I left a pleasant experience with my first hot spring ryokan. They kindly explained things with Papago translation, and the dinner and breakfast food was very delicious. I thought it was a city, but it's in the mountains, so it's cold like Gangwon-do. There is nothing around, so do your shopping in advance before going in.Still, it was warm because there was an air conditioner and heater in the accommodation. It was a pleasure to experience a traditional ryokan.Above all, the individual hot springs with hot water available 24 hours a day were fantastic. I could go in at any time, so I got up early in the morning and went in. I was very happy because they provided a shuttle service to Yufuin Station and gave me a gift. It was difficult to understand because the staff spoke Japanese, but I was touched by their expressions and kindness.

I stayed here because of the good reviews. As the reviews said, the owner was a very nice person! The female staff also made a good impression! I've stayed at many different hotels and inns, and I think it's amazing how each group is treated with such care and dedication! I think the wash basin and toilet, which I often use during my stay, are not as good as others, but the food was delicious and it was a place where I could rest my mind and body. It was interesting to see so many raccoon figurines. I would like to stay there again!
