Loved it! Great view. Great service. Had a lovely time staying there. It was like a mini retirement trip.Room for improvement: the food is very Instagrammable but not super delicious. Also the restaurants are a bit too warm.

The exterior looks like a hypothetical residential-level hotel built on land on top of a mountain that was bought cheaply and renovated in Yunbo. There are untended rice fields instead of rice terraces.Everyone knows that we don't spend money on equipment.Selling price is highWhen I asked about the food, it had no flavor or aroma, tasted bad, and had no taste.According to the staff, they only serve frozen food after heating it up.There are no licensed chefs. The restaurant was full of foreigners and even dogs came in and out, so it was more like a dormitory pub with a low barrier to entry.A hotel run by amateurs with no service mentality at all.The inn at Wakura Onsen is unable to open due to the earthquake, despite serving food properly and at a realistic price. But here the fee is 70,000 yen. They're selling cheap frozen food at a high price.Definitely not recommendedI have no cooking sense, I eat bad frozen foodNot suitable for the rich and aboveIt is better to stay at a business hotel and a restaurant where the ingredients are prepared by a chef.Hotels for amateurs and foreigners who cannot judge the value of thingsThe staff, a bald, frog-faced man in his 50s with glasses, is arrogant. Not suitable for service industryThe smell of stink bugs is pungentCancellation fee will be charged from 21 days before5 stars is strangeI've never seen a Michelin Key.Empire 🟰 Resort Trust 🟰 Ritz Carlton > Tokyu 🟰 Seibu 🟰 Okura > Kyoritsu Resort 🟰 New Otani 🟰 Relo Group > Route Inn 🟰 Toyoko Inn 🟰 APA Hotel > Yukai Resort > Hoshino Resort

I like their tranquility, natural scenery, and cultural experience.Make foreigners more impressed with this place😌Unfortunately, some buildings do not have elevators, which makes it inconvenient for elders to move around at night💦Most of the accommodation is occupied by Chinese and Japanese guests.

There is a feeling of isolation from the world. During the stay, I feel that my body, mind and soul are redeemed and completely relaxed.

Dear visitorsPlease expect the shuttle bus is "limited", so even you arrive within specified time, you may still need to pay for your return to train station. And very delay support due to severely understaffed. This is no incidental event since there is same issue in other hotel of same brandDear managementWe paid 400 USD a night per room for 4 rooms totalling 1,600 USD, but we were punished to sit on hard seat and bargain with your staff for more than 30 minutes just for a 7 USD ride to train station.Such cheap and unpleasant issue happening in a luxury hotel is out of my expection.Or maybe it is just your cost saving policy is beyond your service and reputation. We asked for help to carry luggage due to rain, only one room done, the rest is not carried to front desk even we reminded your staff 3 to 4 time.By the time taxi came there is still 6 luggage unloaded, but your staff told us all loaded and goog to go, this is really ridiculous for a luxury hotel. We then repeat our need again and wait another 15 min for the rest of the luggage. It is really a waste of my time on the argue and repeating the communication and writing this comment.
