I've heard rumors that the spring quality is good since the days of the old Sun Village, but the holidays coincided with the facility's closing days, so I couldn't get there and was informed that it was closed 😭I saw TAKETACHANNEL Koisuru Oita-san on YouTube and learned that it had been rebranded as Fronden, so I immediately made a reservation. There are two types of hot springs, both of which have free flowing water. You can enjoy the large public bath, which has an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, but personally, I like the rock bath with the alkaline hot spring with a pH of 9.2, which has a very slippery feeling and is extremely comfortable. There is also an indoor bath and an outdoor bath.Amenities are well prepared, and you can bring towels from your room. The body soaps are additive-free soap from Kitakyushu, so you can rest assured that they are gentle on the environment and your skin. However, while shampoo removes dirt well, it can leave your hair greasy, so it's a good idea for women to bring their favorite shampoo or hair oil! ️Or try other shampoos and treatments from the amenity buffet in the lobby! !There is also a bedrock bath, and the area in front of it after bathing is spacious and relaxing, where you can refresh yourself on a massage chair or read a manga on Yogibo. This time I chose a Western-style room facing the hot spring town, but it also had a balcony and a nice view. The room had been renovated and was clean, and I was grateful for the individual air conditioner. In addition, the Japanese-Western twin bed rooms and queen bed rooms are spacious with tatami mats that are comfortable to the touch, and have sofas so you can stay comfortably. The recently launched long-term stay hot spring treatment plan allows you to enjoy high-quality hot springs for 5 days, and the meals are bento boxed breakfast and sunset, but you can also use the buffet in addition. It's 30 minutes from Hita city, Kusu and Oguni within the prefecture, so it's nice to take a walk around during the day.Dinner is buffet style and I think the number of items is small, but since the old man can't eat that much, it's just right.First of all, the small bowl corner is nice because it's easy to choose from a variety of dishes, and the large plates are kept warm 👍️The meal that day was rice with bamboo shoots and white rice, and the rice with bamboo shoots was extremely delicious. The kimchi that comes with the rice is authentic and the chive pickled in soy sauce is unusual and delicious. The famous mapo tofu was also delicious.I wanted to have a mapo bowl, but I decided not to because there was curry to finish it off.For a buffet curry, it's spicy and delicious! For drinks, soft drinks are included in the buffet. Should alcohol be ordered? Should we add an all-you-can-drink option? (2000 yen for men, 1500 yen for women)Starting at 10pm, you can have Yonaki Ramen instead of Yonaki Soba. It's a light pork bone soup with a small amount of noodles, so you can eat it at all and it's delicious. The breakfast buffet had basil sauce that the staff made on the spot, and recently, the mini pizzas with tomato sauce were really delicious 😆The first side dish of the buffet was white rice, the second was TKG, and at the end, I had an omelet baked in the live kitchen and finished it off with spicy curry on a flat plate.I have a feeling that I'll be hooked. All the staff were smiling and friendly all the time, so it was easy to talk to them and I had a good stay.I was very happy to receive a message card when I checked out.A handwritten note says that a barrel sauna will be built in the pool area in July. What's up!? ️ I have to come again 😆That's right, if I drink hot spring water 30 minutes before meals, I won't feel sick to my stomach even after eating a lot. Thank you to ArakanIf you don't like it, please give it a try.I've already repeated it 6 timesThis is my favorite hotel 🤩

I enjoyed a hot spring for the first time in a while. The food was delicious and I ate too much. The room is also clean and very quiet. Amagase Onsen is the best! It is also a place I would like to visit.

I stopped by because it was newly opened, but even though it was a holiday, the hot springs were closed. You can't even drink coffee in the lobby. It seems like he doesn't have any other partner other than staying overnight.

The large men's bath is full of mold on the ceiling and smells bad.In the open-air bath, there is a chlorine tub placed where the hot water is poured, so there is no point in having the hot water flowing directly from the source. It was a shame.

There was a pool, hot springs, rock bath, sauna, family room, buffet, manga, and Yonaki Soba, so one day wasn't enough. The food is rich in variety and delicious, and the hot springs are melty. The kids were happy because they could use the pool and hot springs for several hours before check-in and after check-out.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room has been renovated and is very clean.Hot springs are the best. There are two types of hot springs to enjoy, but the rock bath is alkaline and smooth. Feels good. The large public bath is neutral and offers a panoramic view of the cityscape of Amagase Onsen.Dinner and breakfast are both buffet meals, and while the breakfast was good, the dinner wasn't very enjoyable. Both have live kitchens, and the breakfast omelets were delicious. There was also a room with comics, massage chairs, etc., and it was an inn that I would like to stay at again.

I stayed in a room with a semi-open-air bath.As soon as I arrived, I enjoyed it.I haven't been to the public bath.Just before evening, I could hear people talking in the open-air bath next door, and there were children there, too, so even with the windows closed, I could hear people talking and having fun.I heard a voice just before 11pm, and the hot water was blaring...even though I was falling asleep...I could hear the sound from the outdoor area next door. Moreover, the neighbor seemed to have slept with the light on in the semi-open air, and there was only a shoji screen, so you could clearly see the brightness. The electricity was so bright that I couldn't sleep. Also, the dinner was disappointing. At the buffet, I chose steak as one of my choices, but it never came out, and when it did come out, it was cold and hard.I felt sad that I had been forgotten.
