Awesome stay. Super roomy and comfortable house. Friendly host. Wish we could have stayed a full week.From the complaints I see, i think people need to realize this is a home-stay in a quiet neighborhood (you get a large private home to yourself). This is not a hotel or resort.

I think the selling point of this place is that it provides a natural hot spring, but the use of the bathtub was prohibited from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next morning due to noise concerns in the neighborhood. This makes no sense.You can use the shower anytime, but it's called a ``water-saving'' shower, but the hot water doesn't come out well, and it takes a long time to wash your hair.I didn't feel any particular personality in the spring quality. I guess I should stay in Beppu closer to the mountains.

There were penalties for exceeding the contracted number of people, and there were signs posted everywhere that said things like "XX prohibited" and "XX can't be done," so I didn't feel very relaxed. There may have been some trouble in the past, but I think it can be resolved by saying it orally at check-in or by handing out a paper with notes. Not all users are up to something malicious. We are both happier if we operate based on the theory of human goodness.

There is a microwave and a small oven inside, so you can easily prepare breakfast for your family at your accommodation. There are also supermarkets and fish markets nearby, where you can buy semi-cooked food and heat it in the microwave for a simple meal. The only drawback is that there is only one toilet and bathroom, and the last person to take a shower will have to wait a long time.

It was close to the station (although I didn't use it) and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also beautiful overall. I was disappointed that the TV didn't work, but the hot springs were great and the Wi-Fi connection was good, so I have no complaints.If I come again, I would like to use it again next time.

It's very convenient as you can walk from Beppu Station. There are also pubs and convenience stores around the station, so I finished all my meals there. The hot springs are smooth and the quality of the water is good, and I'm very satisfied because it's reserved for private use. It didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like my own home. The staff was very kind, so I plan to use them again next year. thank you very much!
