I called because I canceled by mistake.I called at 10 o'clock, but the call didn't answer three times. When I finally got around to answering the phone, the person who answered the phone was so rude that I felt bad.Instead of asking kindly about the cancellation, they made fun of me. It was my first time at an inn like this and I was surprised. I think it would be better to change it to a customer service industry.

It was a very nice place. The quality of the hot springs is so good that your skin will be smooth. It looks like it would be fun even if you come in a large group.

I stayed in a Santoku room for a 3 night 4 day trip. It feels like an old house. Actually, I wanted slippers for the room. There was no face wash (I bought one at a nearby Cosmos store), and the sink was small, so when I washed my face, the water would fall on the floor and get wet, so I couldn't wash my face in a fancy way. I've been to the hot springs many times, so when it gets dirty, I can unplug it and put in a new one. You can smoke in any room. I think it's enough for a night stay.

I want the first floor to be completely dark and have a water area. The parking lot was helpful because you could park at any time.

If I have anything to complain about, it's a little difficult to eat. Nearby pubs are about a 7-10 minute walk away. However, drugstore Cosmos and 7-Eleven are nearby. The rooms and hot springs have nothing to complain about.I would like to stay again.

It's easy to get off the highway and go to Jigoku Meguri. It was nice to have two baths, but the mattresses in the Japanese-style room were difficult to sleep on, so it would be nice if they at least provided a bed mattress! It is better to remove pirated DVDs.There was an earthquake that day, but I thought it was an aftershock, but it turned out to be vibrations from a truck running on the road.Vibrations may occur depending on the room you stay in.When I wake up in the morning, my body feels stiff!
